I suggested he look in the back since the isle only had enough room for a single box. He fake checked his telephone and said nope. I went to the manager & asked why they wouldn't stock more of these since it's a very good selling printer toner. She went to the back and got one.

However, I feel compelled after multiple failures with this specific drum. 1) It gets dirty too easily. I constantly have to take it out and clean it or I will have black specs all over my documents. Fail! If you want to print manually...it wont let the toner adhere to the paper...therefore it just rubs off. It is a big pain in the rear and has caused me more troubles than I care to count. 2.) It cost more than the printers I own when they are on sale. I just purchased a new brother printer that uses this same drum. Guess what? Same problems and I havent even had it for 24 hours. I've already had to clean it MULTIPLE times. Brother really needs to find a way to make these better. I love brother. I have a color laser printer that uses a different drum. I dont have this problem with that printer. It is THIS DRUM! Rant over.

We didn't get anywhere near that. I bought mine in late June or early July and I had to order a new one today. I don't print many things, but I did just finish making a scrapbook.
