It’s great for normal day scanning but if you want to do duplex it doesn’t work with our software. Regular scanning is fantastic and very fast!

Works great for what I need. Plugs into my laptop and alows me to scan finciial documents so I don't have a bunch of paper files to deal with. I can search by keyword if I get filing categories mixed up. This also allows me to email scanned documents when needed.

Nice little unit for the occasional uses I have. Nice scanning quality. I would like to know how to accommodate the uncommon connector on the unit, if need be.

Scanning documents and OCR works fine on MacOS. Software is easy to use for just pure scanning and saving pdf. Very simplistic but perfect for my needs. This scanner only takes documents with a few pages at most so no scanning of magazines or books, etc.

As advertised. A simple to use compact scanner that captures paper documents and images with accuracy that I would expect or a bit better from a device of this size and price point. Worthy of your consideration.

Needed a firmware update on another computer before I could install on my computer. So works well.

Great product, wont scan automatically on anything higher than 300 dpi. But will go up to 1200 dpi manually selecting paper size. Was able to scan thousands of pictures into digital in short times

Works fine. Does what I expected. The software is easy enough to find on the Brother website, and I could use it on both my PC and Mac.

Due to the new learning environment, this was the perfect add-on for my child's Surface computer to send in school work that was hand created. It is small, portable, and very easy to use.

Compact & portable. Didn't seem to come with the driver but I googled it and was able to download/install easily; add the device through control panel etc. Works like a charm!

I originally purchased another brand and it would not stay connected. I installed this one and it has performed beautifully! I have been working from home and scan nearly every day. I am really happy and highly recommend it!
