    Installation wasn't a problem, but I didn't like the feeding method or software. Send one sheet through at a time and press the button on the computer screen to send each additional sheet through, Too awkward. Went with the Epson Workforce ES-200, much more user friendly.

    I purchased this for my mother for her to be able to scan documents from home for work and this scanner has surpassed what I expected. The duplex function is incredible. Definitely recommend this product.

    Delivered home and return. Never opened, it's very compact for sure. I thought I needed it, but I didn't open it after two weeks. Returning was hassle free as always, as a customer since last year.

    Super easy to use. Hooked it up to my computer super quickly. Scans multiple pages at once. Great for my one-person consulting business.

    Got this piece of junk all set up, started testing the scanning and all it does is put a line right in the center of every scan....horrible waste of time and money!

    If I could give it ZERO stars, that would be my choice. I have downloaded the driver numerous times, yet, the scanner simply does NOT function. It will not work!

    Works ok For Now on My Desk Top & Lap Top As this Comp was the one i needed it to work on.Took a while to figure out how to scan reciepts in but got it.

    Excellent scanning device for students and professionals. I wish the software allowed me to edit the PDF's after ceation and I wish it also had a feeder forease of use with mutiple ducuments. But overall I'm happy with my purchase of this mobile duplex scanner

    Very easy to use. Quiet when scanning. But when i james, there i no reset button, haveto unplug usb to plug back in to reset the ham.

    Unable to charge the scanner - Design Defect

    It is not possible to charge the scanner without plugging it into a computer port. The ports on my newer model imac are not the same size as the older imacs so I am out of luck. If you look online you will find countless complaints about this issue.
