I purchased this fax for my wife to use at home. Easy to use with cable ph service.

This was for my senior parents who don't need a fax very often. They are comfortable with their older computer and printer. What is best about this is the availability of advanced features, but the ease with they can be ignored. The fact they rarely need it make the ribbon a plus over a print cartridge. They can also re-use the ribbon a few times, which folks of their generation are going to try to do regardless. This was extremely easy to set up and use. I love the fact it is wired into the answering machine and will automatically pick the mode to use. I was able to set up it up and leave it. Very nice to be able to do. Got all this for 29.99. For what we needed, it is perfect! You want all the bells and whistles and constant use and high speed, this isn't it. But if infrequent use is your thing, and you can wait a whole minute every once in a while, this machine can't be beat.

Bought this so I could have a basic fax machine but it ended up being a lot more. It was easy to set up and has replaced my old all in one.

I don't need to receive many if any faxes so carbon not an issue. Works perfectly for those few times that I need to send a fax... Does the job!

This is a great little machine that does not take up a lot of space and that does the job.

I am very happy with my fax machine. It works with Magic Jack so is very inexpensive. I bought toner refills online from Brother directly. I have a dedicated line now for fax but I can use the phone for outgoing calls with no problem. I rarely have to use fax anymore because I scan to email whenever possible. However, it is good to have the fax when I need it.

This is a great simple to use plain paper fax, excellent price for it's value.

This is the second one that I have purchased. The first one lasted over 10 years.

Goes together easily, but is not very reliable. The first couple of faxes I sent worked fine. Although there's no tray in front so papers fall over the floor when they get faxed, but what I can live with that for this price. But what I can't live with, is that it frequently fails to negotiate the connection with the receiving fax machine, the call times out, and is disconnected. Snail mail is faster.

Easy to use and understand setup dirctions and machine worked properly from the start. We are very pleased with it. It is a great size and a space saver. Highly recommend
