Yes, believe it or not, I still receive faxes. This is the perfect machine for sending and receiving, as it's single-purpose functionality allows me to receive a fax, and I'm not waiting in line behind the rest of the staff at the all-in-one printer.

Needed a low-cost backup device copier/phone for a remote location that is not often used but when used it is now so convenient to have it there. Smart thinking on my part. Priced right for the no hassle in saving time going way back to the main office.

I had the occasion to fax multiple documents to one location. I put no more than 6 documents in the machine for faxing. Although it did the job, there were a few times when the machine printed out an error message, saying it couldn't complete the job (for one of the documents), due to "poor line condition". I had to refax those papers, amounting to doing over 4 documents. Otherwise, the machine worked just fine.

Finally no more paying to fax in time sheets! Working in home health care and we were all paying to send in time sheets. Now we send from one location with a very easy to use Brother fax! So happy with this purchase!

This product works great once you set it up.It picks up the paper better than the last fax machine I had ! Just put it on ,dial the phone #,press fax, Done. Customer service from Brother is not so great though,they don't know much about their own products, so be prepared to read the manual, don"t bother calling them.

My usage is minimal; so I wanted something reliable, easy to use and compact for my smaller surface area. The instructions were easy and I also called customer service for backup and they were great. It can make copies as well. I am very satisfied and surprised to have a product that delivers at an affordable price. This fax is perfect for me. Thanks.

this has multiple functions but I use it primarily for the fax. It is very compact which is why I purchased it. Have had it for close to a yr and have had no problems.

I have had one of these prior, which finally died on me. I had it for many years. I am glad while looking to buy a new one that this was still available. I did not hesitate to purchase it again.

This is a great fax. The assembly and set up was easy. It is also going to be a money saved. No more running around looking for a place with a fax machine.

I use this fax machine about one or two times a month with it's price it was prefect for me hav'nt fail me yet and easy to install if u can follow instruction

I just got this to replace and old machine that is pretty much used up. Not enough time on it to truly rate it but so far it seems just fine.
