Haven't had any problems. It's network connected and always available for printing. I do like the Brother name in printers over most others.

I got the printer for nursing program and it works great for the last five months.

This is a heavy but very sturdy laser printer that does a very nice job of printing in color or b/w.

Works well. Good price. Set up easy, but directions in book are not clear. This printer does not automatically do two-sided printing. You have to manually flip the papers. That was not clear in the specs. Wish it had a scanner as well.

We have had many HP printers in the past, & they were always very easy to set up, but my son wanted to try a laser printer, & this one had good reviews, so we bought this one. So far, he has not been able to get it to print a test page through the network with his PC, & I can't do anything with it, since it does not seem to have any Apple drivers, even though Best Buy's product information says it does. I looked all over Brothers' website & sent their tech support an email, but have not received a reply. I am ready to return this thing to the store!
