This has got to be the slowest print time. From the point when I press print to the point of paper being completed.

Had issues when it was time to change the toner. When new toners were installed, the machine still indicated that that the toner needed to be changed; therefore, I could not print going forward. Took it back to store and traded out for a new unit. After running out of toner again and changing, the same issue occurred. Decided to return this for a different brand.

Only have 9 months with this printer and have had nothing but issues with it.

Easy to set up, but jammed when using the duplexer

I bought this item, the wifi seems to never want to connect and makes it hard to print.

Complicated set up. Poor print quality. Do not recommend!

The quality of the prints wasn't good enough for my printing needs, so I returned it.

Not user friendly, doesn't find wifi easily, slips off line or just stops, it is also a copier only - I was looking for an all in one and somehow the sales person wound up having me buy this on line and it was direct shipped to our office. Displeased to say the least.

I'm tired of using inkjet printers. I especially hate the Epson inkject catridges with programmed chips, they forced me to keep buying new ones although there's still a half-full ink. I picked Brother after doing some research. So far I like its superior quality, fast color printing, the duplex capability, plus it works with wirelessly. Also it has Energy Saver feature and yet it still can wake up, print quite fast. I wish they make a CD/DVD print tray adapter or something so that I can print on CD/DVD directly. Brother does make another Multi Function Color Printer that does it but it's not a laser printer, it uses inkjet. I finally selected and bought this one instead. Mostly I need it for my kid's school homework or project rather than printing on a CD/DVD (if ever).

This machine was not even used that much . A few times with very little printing and it broke less than four months after purchase.

Always buy Brother printers but this one failed. I tried two and both were junk; one had vertical lines on printed pages and the other would not print duplex pages.

Terrible. We print and it prints extremely dark. Can barely make out any color at all. We never have used it as a result. Collecting dust.

Won’t buy from Brother again. Died just over two years after purchased (and less than a month after geek extended warranty expired). Typical.

The set up was difficult and it would not work all the times we needed it.

The main plus of this printer is that it is 100 percent compatible with Windows 10. And even better the installation is a cake walk, so so so easy. Now; the printer is excellent quality and much faster then my other laser color printer which will not work on Windows 10. The price is absolutely fantastic too when it is on sale. Also a good deal when it is not on sale. It looks good too.

printer works fast, doesn't take that long to start a job like some of the reviews stated. a lot bigger than what i was expecting, sucks that the max width for paper it takes is 8.5 inches for being so big. wireless is confusing & hard to setup. had to call brother to figure it out. & BY THE WAY IT'S AN LED PRINTER NOT A LASER PRINTER, BEST BUY.

This is my third brother laser printer. I have been using these printers since graduate school. This new color model performs exactly as advertised. I am pleased with the print quality of this unit. The color documents I have printed look exceptional. Highly recommend.

I like the print quality and the ease of set-up. I just wish it wasn't so big and bulky.
