Great laser printer for the money

Great printer, great price

Main reasons for this purchase was to replace old printer that was incompatible with new laptop, that it could print on both sides of page, and the price. The print quality is excellent, and it is was faster than my old printer; usually takes a few seconds for printing to begin. The only concern I have is that it uses both a toner cartridge and a drum, which I just found out only Brother and Dell use this two-piece toner system, and both have to be replaced (not at same time, usually drum is replaced after 2-3 times after the cartridge has been replaced per my research), but it means additional expense of other printers which only have a toner cartridge.

Very good and inexpensive laser printer

BUT I like this product so much better. smaller. duplexing, faster. doesn't jam. quieter. less cost per page I could not be more satisfied

No more dried up inkjet cartridges!!!

Didn't realize the short life span of ink cartridges that would dry up in short periods of time. I would only get about 30-40 pages out of a $35 set. I paid $50 for this double-sided laser whose starter cartridge yields about 700 pages without the hassle of drying ink from sitting around. Full replacement cartridge runs about $30 and is suppose to yield 1200 pages! Why did I wait? Yes, no color. Wasn't that crucial. And, it is USB, but I end up sharing it WiFi through the nearest laptop. There is a WiFi enabled version for $30 more. Not sure about the color version.
