Must have USB cable to print but not included

When I did set up, I found that it can only connect to computer with USB cable. From other reviewers, I see it product does not come with a USB cable. Thank you folks! Dear Brother company, you may eliminate USB cable for other models with WIFI but should not with this one which can only connect with cable. You may save a dollar or two by not providing a cable but the inconveniences to your costumers for lacking of a necessary part would damage your reputations.

Posted .A USB cable is not included with the purchase of your Brother HLL2320D machine. A list of components included with the machine is printed on the outside of the carton. The Brother machine has a Standard-B USB port, so you must use type A/B USB cable. We recommend the cable be 6 feet or less.

I have to fiddle with the printer quite a bit to get a document printed. The computer does not recognize the printer. I have to reinstall the printer every time I print. I am not sure why this printer does not work better. My previous printer was also brother and it worked perfectly on the same computer.
