After troubleshooting using the Brother site, it still makes the noise. I have either a bad cartridge or bad printer. I’m only two days out of the return period. Ugh!

My biggest problem is that when I do need it, I have to set everything up again just to print one page. So I use it even less. Don't know why it won't print when I try and it just isn't worth the time or money to fix it. So I just set it up again and wait a month before I just Have to print something-then I start complaining again.
