The printer had only been used with 2 or 3 toner refills, so I did not expect Drum problems. The printer was out of warranty so I could not get a replacement drum.

When I 1st tried to connect on my desktop through the printers stepup wizard I couldn't. It didn't even show my printer. Finding help on the Brother web site it was not helpful. Some instructions maybe out of date for windows 10. I ended up looking it up on YouTube and google and got it fixed. Then a few weeks later tried to print from my laptop. Still having trouble printing and currently trying to fix it.

Envelopes are still slightly creased. Works well for printing from 8.5" x 11" paper tray.
