I wanted a wireless printer and I’m not able to set up the wireless feature

I can’t get it to work wireless. Will have to call support or return

I’ve had this printer for over a year. I only use it for standard operations - the occasional recipe printing and some work documents, nothing crazy. This past week the printer just decided to fizzle out - it will not turn on anymore, despite plugging it into multiple different outlets. I purchased the Geek Squad protection plan, which isn’t really doing much for me right now. They want me to replace it for the same printer. Why would I want to risk this issue happening again? I almost never purchase these “warranties” from stores because they always have stupid stipulations to them, and this time is no exception. Avoid this printer - it’s a piece of crap.

This printer has the easiest installation via wireless network. It was up and running in three minutes. Toner cartridge has decent price tag. No-frills printer, with quiet enough operation and better than expected speed. I would recommend this.

Printer trips the whole power line whenever trying to print.

Perfect for homeschooling! If you print a ton of black and white you can’t find a better printer. It prints fast, easy set up and it quite. Zero issues after using for a month.

The wireless is a pain to configure with Mac. There are no drivers. Even after configuring, it stoped functioning after a few days and had to be reconfigured. It does not come with a USB cable either.

Nice printer, but uses color toner even when printing B/W.

Returning my 2nd one. I thought the first one I got a defective one but having the same issues second time around. Getting messages "cannot be printed" until I restart the printer and the print spooler service. Same issue on 3 Windows 10 computers and a Mac.

difficult to install HP printers are discoverable, this comes with a CD ! Laptops no longer have CD readers Why don't they download it on a flash drive Also model number isnt listed in the online instructions, so drivers are a guess work

Have been using Brother Printers for many years but looking at going back to HP. Very lightly used Brother HL-L2370DW worked fine for just under under 14 months and then "died" [powered off and will not power up]. Warranty is 12 months, Brother said "too bad" and recommended I have it repaired out of warranty since it is almost new [still on starter cartridge!!]. Cost to repair is $100 minimum for labor plus parts and labor cost likely to be $200 or more. Anyone want to a boat anchor? Certainly not built like the previous Brothers that I had for over 5 years ... When I replaced the HL-21270DW printers they were still working fine, just thought it was time!! Yes it was, time to change to a different brand.

The setup is easy and the printing is okay, but when it starts up, it pulls more than a 15 Amp fuse can handle, so I have it on wifi and it's in my kitchen where there's a sufficient power supply. Before that it was in my bedroom and would cause the circuit breaker to trip half the time. I do not recommend.

I bought this printer because it states that it comes with an extra high yield cartridge. It does not or it wasn't in my box. Now in order to buy a high yield cartridge: I for one have to wait for shipping or go pick one up. The cartridge cost is comparable to a brand new printer. Very dissatisfied

Terrible support for wifi set up in RV. All they did was to refer me to browser addresses and didn't have a clue how to connect

Piece of junk not worth the monies paid for that is for sure! If you take off more than a few days of using the printer, you must reboot the entire printer/ WiFi and hope for the best. I am still trying to get mine to reconnect to my internet WiFi. I would defiantly not recommend this printer system to my worst enemy, far from being a friendly user. I may have been better off spending another $100 or $200 on a printer worthwhile, rather than flushing the $140 something thrown away on this worthless piece of trash! Save your money and do not waste your time/aggregation on this Brothers printer model!!!

This printer was easy to install and runs fast and reliably. I recommend this item to anyone looking for a laser printer.

The printer is fine but the initial toner cartridge included with the new printer (without which the printer is useless) was nearly empty. I only printed 100 pages of simple text (no images or graphics) before the toner cartridge required replacement. Since even the standard yield toner cartridge should cover 1,000 pages before requiring a replacement, the "new" cartridge included with this purchase is wholly unacceptable.

This product is nothing but headaches. You just never know when it will work and when it will get hung up. You will sometimes get a message that it needs attention. You can take it apart, take out every last speck of dust and it still won't work. If you are lucky, it might start if you unplug everything including the computer and Wi fi and wait a couple of minutes.

I'm finding it hard to use, hard to scan, hard to print. I thought I was buying an all in one. It's not like any all in one printer I've ever used.and there is no way it's a fax maching.
