Installed HL-L2370DW on a network of linux computers. At first, I tried to us it without adding any drivers (PPD's) and as others have said, it had problems waking from sleep. But after installing the driver, we have been using it without any trouble for two weeks now.

Great printer! Setup was relatively easy and it prints fast. The double-sided print function is super useful as well. Just a heads for anyone that wants a wired connection, the printer doesn't come with a USB cable, so you'll have to buy that separately. Overall, I think it's well worth the money.

JUNK - BUYER BEWARE, warranty does not cover 'software' issues. It constantly goes offline/deep sleep mode. There are fixes but a major pain in neck and constantly have to go through a re-setup. Brother told me that is not part of warranty. Then they tried to blame router which doesn't make sense as everything else works fine. Then I got a message no drum detected. I spent an hour and a half on phone with brother. In the end they said I would have to take to a repair center to be viewed and if it was a problem with the drum holder I would have to pay $104.00 to replace the part as that is NOT covered by warranty. I paid $100.00 for the printer. What is so frustrating, beyond throwing away $100.00 is that the printer is really nice when it works but it just doesn't work.

Easy setup with WiFi, no surprises. Print quality is as good as most any quality laser printer, either at home or the office. I'd give it 5 stars, except it's noisier than I expected, and print speed isn't the best. Still, a good choice for most home users.

no issues with the printer in the first few weeks of use. The purchasing via Best Buy went well. Set up was accomplished relatively easily.

The new printer started printing in streaks and gray blobs after the first 12 pages in a 200 page print (same page). When the few good pages were run through again to print on the back side the original printed side was degraded and streaked. I replaced the original toner cartridge with a new one with the same results. Contacting Best Buy for assistance was a disaster even when I had purchased the extra two years support. Trying to get support from Brother was also a disaster since trying to access my registered account page only returned an error-no contact. I greatly regret my purchase of the Brother printer and my having purchased it from Best Buy. This was a big and costly mistake.

Terrific laser printer with wifi and duplex printing. Compact and gets the job done quickly. Toner is way more cost effective then my HP Color Laser Printer.

Great value for the money. I connected it to my WiFi router, and can print from all devices including Windows LapTop, DeskTop, iPhone, iPad sharing that WiFi.

It is a very good and reliable b/w printer. The only criticism I have with it is that the print quality is not great. However for the price it is very good value.
