Needed a laser printer for a small business that wasn't gonna break the bank yet efficient and not cost tons of money down the road with ink, this one still uses toner, beware some laser printers are utilizing a new ink system, but ink drys out, toner last forever.. So far, everyones happy with the printer

Excellent black/white printer with crisp print and fast printing. Big problem in that the printer goes 'to sleep' and it is hard sometimes to get it back online working.

Bought this because I was sick of burning through ink and anticipate sending it to college with the oldest kiddo. I may not want to part with it! Very affordable printer and inexpensive to operate with long-lasting toner catridges. Super fast and super clear prints. Very large paper tray.

This is my second Brother wireless printer (I donated the last one to my office when I thought I didn't need a printer at home any more and it is still running just fine). This one is even better - same high quality but they added airprint so not only is it easy to print from my computers, I can print from my phone as well. If you need a black and white printer, this has to be one of the best values our there. If you want to save even more, when you eventually run out of toner, you can use the generic cartridges and they work great (at least on the older version of this).

I like the wireless installation. I have enough wires coming and going in the back of my monitor. The design of the printer is compact and esthetic. It looks much better than my oid Samsung printer. I like that it prints on both sides of the paper when I want it to. The toner saver feature produces crisp printing with no trace of fading. I am very pleased with this purchase and recommend it to anyone looking to get a new printer.

Fantastic little B&W laser. Used daily during virtual school and made it through a few reams of paper before replacing a full cartridge toner. The starter toner didn’t last long but didn’t expect it to either. Favorite features are duplex printing and manga feed... no issues printing on card stock. Just make sure to feed one card stock sheet at a time! I miss printing in color and having an ADF for scanning but didn’t want to pay extra for those. Great budget priced printer - my family purchased their own!

As advertised, this is perfect for the home office. Fast and effective black and white printer. Quick with 2-sided, and small enough to be on your desk.

Bought this printer to replace an inkjet printer due to the high cost of ink and frequent change of ink carts. For the 2 months I had it, there were no paper jams, unlike the printer it replaced. Although you are paying more upfront (the printer itself), you would be saving a lot of money, because the toner drum does not have to be replaced that often. I highly recommend this printer, as well as similar models, over another inkjet printer.

I like how it does double sided print. Very professional looking print Brother laser printers are the best. It fits nicely on a small table. Wireless is nice!

A quality network printer. Easy setup. Cartridges are affordable. Prints well for forms or tabletop rpg character sheets. Quick and fairly quiet.

We had a massive all in one that did everything and never really utilized it. If we did, it was crazy expensive for color ink. We decided to simplify and glad we did. Black and white is all we need. It lasts forever and prints quick. Got it on sale and am very happy.
