I puzzled over the set-up for a while. Then I registered the printer on the Brother website. After that, it was easy to download the driver to my Mac. I had to temporarily connect using my previous printer’s USB cable. Boom. All set up. Now the I can print single or double-sided from my Mac, IPad or IPhone. “Print” is now another option when you hit the Share button. Very handy. The printer can be located anywhere the WiFi reaches.

Love it so far. I use my iPad for almost everything and used to have to go to my desktop everytime I wanted to print something and now I don’t!

I've only had it a short time, but so far I like it. It's fairly quiet, prints nicely, and can print double sided which saves paper. A couple times I've sent something to print that didn't actually print, but I opened up the print queue on my iMac, and there it was, paused for some reason. I just clicked resume and went back to work. It sure is convenient to have a networked printer that I can print to from any device in the house. Now my kid can print from his zoom classes, and we can print for our work and organization.

This is our second Brother laser printer. The first one worked flawlessly until I needed a drum. For the cost of the drum, we got this printer which is wireless and air drop adaptable and had cash left over. Looking to many years of service with this unit as well.

I love this printer! Having had problems with HP, Canon etc staying connected to the internet, this one is always connected. I'm an artist and mostly print out reference photos then use my computer for the color info. I cannot believe how fast this printer is. It prints from my phone and notebook. It even prints from my Fire tablet, something the other brands really hated doing.

We purchased this brother printer for business purposes. The black-and-white printer is exactly what we needed. And uses dry ink for printing, So there is no need to replace the color cartridges when we don’t use them like we had to do with our previous printers.

Clean, fast, good quality printer. Small enough to fit in the space next to my computer. Great deal for the price. Only had problem setting up the wireless connections. The printed instructions didn't work, but using the small screen indicator, I was able to set it up using WLAN connection once the button was pressed on my router.

Easy setup wireless laser jet printer. Easy to print from all of my devices. Great for basic printing needs. The printer is a monochrome no color printing or scanner. I would recommend to anyone. I bought this Brother printer for myself at Christmas so the price was excellent.

I purchased the 2370 to replace an old 240 model we had which was wired to the network but giving me problems. The HL2370 was a breeze to set up and works like a charm. The price was also very good which is always a bonus. I should have done this a long time ago.

After having a Brother laser printer that served me well for more than 15 years, I needed a new wireless printer. This Brother printer is twice as fast as my old one and the printouts are sharp and and clear. It suits my purposes for a home printer perfectly.

Great printer for home office, works on macOS

I did a lot of research looking for a compact, reliable, b&w laser printer for my infrequent usage at home instead of having to go to a print shop for the odd job. This fits perfectly. I even had it in a bookshelf. I am tech savvy, and I use both Windows and macOS. New macs (10.15 Catalina) have incompatibility with some printers and scanners. Not with Brother! Although their software isn't amazing it works fine, and you can also use the native macOS printing interface, too. I also use a Brother portable document scanner which uses the same software which is convenient. They have higher end models that include scanning, but they are taller, and I live in an apartment where space is limited. Something to consider, to each their own. When I first got this printer, somebody stole the package delivery. Serious kudos to Best Buy for being proactive and replacing it, I am impressed, and it gives me so much confidence in future purchases. I have also found Brother's support to be proactive as well. I only print a handful of items a month and I leave it always on and set it to sleep mode which supposedly preserves ink. The biggest con is what's true with all laser printers: Image quality isn't so great.

They don't dry up, are super fast, excellent print quality, and one $50 drum of toner will print 2,500 pages. I will never buy a color printer again. Oh. This is a wireless one. It took me about 10 minutes to set up. Now anyone on my home wireless Internet can print from all their devices. So easy, and a great deal. My last Black and White Laser Printer lasted over 15 years. So far I wouldn't change this one a bit. Price is right too.

Owned an HP laserjet and this is very comparable. I don’t see any difference. Easy to out of the box setup. No paper feed issues, no printing issues. The starter toner is more than enough for my kids school essays and a few other things printed. No issues with WiFi connectivity. Able to print from my iPhone and MacBook. Believe toner is less expensive than HP and Canon counterparts.
