The printer was an ease to setup. Is connected using the USB to my main computer and wirelessly to other remote computers in my house. Would recommend this printer for any home setup.

I needed a small black and white printer that was wireless. This one fits the bill nicely. It was easy to set up and the print quality is good. It has worked very well with my internet since I first set it up.

I bought this to save on printing expenses for my reselling business. The printer itself seems decently made. Some plastic pieces feel cheaper than others, but that goes with most things these days. Setup was moderately easy, although I had to uninstall and reinstall the drivers a few times for it to recognize the printer on my MacBook. Connecting it to WiFi wasn't easily explained; I had to find a YouTube video on how to do it on the actual printer. That process was a little tedious. I love that the paper tray holds so much and is out of sight. I love being able to print shipping labels from my phone, and it keeps the print settings that I set on my MacBook, so I'm able to print 2 labels per page from my phone OR computer (simply change it on computer to 80%). I don't know how long the starter toner will last, but I know laser toners are more cost effective than inkjet, so I'm looking forward to saving money there. Overall happy with my purchase.

Print quality and speed is solid. Set-up for network printing required me to use the Brother set-up disk which installed software on my computer that now sends me constant notices to check for updates. That's totally unacceptable for any application but especially unacceptable for a printer.

Exactly as advertised. The only challenges is setting up the wireless with the terribly limited display controls... takes a long time to cycle through the limited buttons to type in your password, etc.

The printer was easy to setup. It’s great the amount of papers you can print from one Carthage. The only issue I had was setup the WiFi print it’s really annoying and if you unplug the printer you would have to setup whole process again that’s really annoying but other then that it’s fast and good.

Works as advertised, can now easily print from iPhone or any wired or wireless PC, printing is clear. Easy to set up with downloaded software

Printer setup was easy. My laptop recognized it right away and was able to print. Also set up wireless as well in addition to using the ethernet port. I picked up this model since it came with the ethernet connection so everyone on my home network can use it to print. Also liked the duplex mode to save paper and reviews on ink was that it was fairly affordable compared to other brands.

Printer set up went better than most. Wireless is the way to go! Purchased this printer for my second home in FL. This an improved product from another older Brother printer I have.

This printer may not have all the bells and whistles, but it is a little work horse.

Brother printers in general and this model in particular is a reliable, fast, and affordable. It’s a great way to get high quality prints without breaking the bank.

This is a good value monochrome laser printer. It prints envelopes well. I’ve always bought HP but it seems they’ve abandoned this price range and they aren’t Mac friendly. I had no trouble setting this up with my Mac.

This is a great laser printer for someone not needing a lot of bells and whistles.

This is the third one I have bought for different locations they always work excellent trouble free fantastic price cartridges are easy to find or order one of the best printers for the dollar highly recommended

works great for fast black and white prints. This is my first Brother printer.

Very simple, great quality printing, price is good. Most important you do not have to worry about the liquid printing ink, because its powder and printing lasting for a very long time

For a black and white printer it’s a hard worker Printed over 200 copies in first week so far so good
