This printer is awesome, easy to use and creates good quality prints. The WiFi network had to be set up manually, other than that minor quirk, it’s great.

Wi-Fi and wired LAN connections, duplexing laser printer; works perfectly, but multiple toner cartridges have failed to come close to meeting there average page count.

this printer has been extremely useful! it prints really fast, and the setup took literally 5 minutes (way faster than my canon pixma).

Great printer! Super quick. A bit tricky to set up but once you figure it out, easy to use. Much better than ink jets.

We have a prior years version of this same printer and its still going strong after many years. But we needed a second printer for working at home (and this was before all the coronavirus craziness). We rarely print (so speed and cost per page is not an issue) so I wanted a reliable machine for a low cost. This more than fits the bill. Cons.. Its pretty slow and is somewhat noisy. It can scare the crap out of me when the wife prints and the machine starts to whirr up. But these are all things I really don't care about.

Easy to set up, convenient to use (especially, automatic double-sided printing function), and hooked up with multiple laptops. Like this product much.

I did a few days of research looking for a wireless laser printer with low toner cost. This one fit the bill. I was willing to pay almost double the price of this one for what I wanted, but it was hard finding the (very basic) features I was looking for. Wireless, cheap toner, small, and relatively fast print speed (over 25 ppm). Does it work? Yes. Setup was easy and I had my first print from my phone (without their pointless software) in about 10 minutes. Why 1 Star? This printer can't handle printing PDFs...any of them. PDFs I've created. PDFs from the DMV. Shipping labels...they all print with seriously degraded quality (Like 90s era injet on "draft" mode). And printing webpages from Chrome for Android was also a joke. I tried firmware, drivers, their ignorant mobile software, another mobile device, a PC. All of them had issues. So I reached out to support...which is ONLY available via email and chat. Overall, I spent 4 hours waiting, speaking to techs who were clueless only to be transferred to a higher level tech who told me this was how the printer was supposed to print (can't handle PDFs or postscript and has zero adjustability for mobile device printing). Then he disconnected from me without a solution.

We are swim team parents, and we do scoring - and for that we needed to replace our old printers. These are rock solid and have been great - faster and far more reliable then our older version. The only issue I had was that they came defaulted for Wireless with the Network cable port disabled. Took a bit of hunting to find the setting to allow either Wire or Wireless - and once enabled all was great. Why they disabled the Cat-5/6 port and made it obscure to find, I know not - but it can be made to work and works great once enabled.
