prints fast and simple to setup on network using ethernet port. perfect for 6 user office.

I purchased this to replace an old HP inkjet printer. Tired of ink drying out well before its time... I usually don't print much over the course of a year which makes this printer fine for my needs. I like the fact that it will print on both sides of the paper and that it prints very fast. I am still on the "starter" cartridge after only printing 40 pages since July 2021.

Very easy to set up, the quality of the printer is good, quality of printout is excellent.

No issues so far. It does everything I need. Envelopes and regular letter auto two-sided all working fine. No problems waking out of sleep mode. It is curious about my light flickering when it wakes.

I print a lot of documents for my organization and this printer is quiet, clear, and easy to use.

This works great if you are printing a higher volume of black and white documents for personal use or a small office. The quality and speed are very good. The setup was a little more tedious than other printers I have had, but I eventually got it all squared away. The ink cartridges are relatively expensive from the manufacturer, but I haven't had any problem with the generic I've been using and they make it pretty affordable.

I've been using Brother laser printers for years. They print very well, and the wi-fi connection on them always seems to work. My last one stopped working after 5 years use, so I bought this one. Easy to hook to my computer and anything else I have connected to wi-fi, and the price is good for a solid laser printer.

Perfect for my wife's crafting needs. She uses it primarily for toner-based heat transfer projects.

This printer replaced a Brother laser printer that had given us good service for some years but was no longer recognized by Windows 10 (tried many options without success). It holds plenty of paper and produces excellent quality black prints fast. It is networked with two computers. Very happy with this one and the previous one. Have only used the print function, not via wifi (which some reviewers expressed problems with installing).

Highly rated for a good reason. It was easy to setup in just a few minuets and prints from my phone easily.

Excellent printer with excellent price- easily connected to my computer wirelessly.

Going to the brother website, installing the SW and running setup from a windows 10 pc worked like a charm (just make sure both brother and PC are linked to the same wifi in case you run 2 networks like me, main and a guest). Setting up my kids Chromebook also worked fine (I googled how to do it, but it was very simple) . Going from OFF to print is really fast (important for me since I print a page a month, it is off all the time)

We don’t print a lot, only for school and work, but the printers from Walmart or Target would only last us a few months. They would always fail us when we needed it most. We never really printed in color either, so this printer is perfect for what we need. It’s fairly new and seems very reliable and sustainable. I expect it’ll last quite a bit, so I feel it’s a very good investment. Definitely worth the try.

Great laser printer at a good price. Relatively easy setup.

I was surprised that I didn't have to install any drivers for this printer. I just connected it to my LAN network switch and that was it. Now I print from PC, Mac, iPad, even from an Amazon Fire tablet. No installation on any of the devices. On average use, the standard toner lasted about 6 months. I replaced with the extended cartridge (not cheap, $70), we'll see how long that will last. That's the only Con.
