Good printer for my needs. Set up is very easy and quick. It doesn't come with the connector to install to your computer. It does automatically print on both sides of paper if you choose the option. I'm coming from a HP LaserJet printer but due to upgrading my system, I could no longer use it. The Brother is, of courses, louder than the HP. I looked around before buying this from Best Buy and they have an excellent price on this particular model. It doesn't take up a large space on work desk. For those interested, it does not have a scanning feature. I would recommend for home use if you don't have to print large document volumes of your work. I feel it would work for those situations, however, it is a bit noisy.

Printer works fine, has 'Sleep' mode when not in use for a while and printouts seem fine. Couple of things that I had trouble with: 1. Could not get it installed in Internet mode so my laptop could use it, rather than my desktop, to which it is hooked up. 2, Cannot seem to set Print Defaults, besides what was originally there. As an example, I want most of my printouts to be ONE-SIDED only, even if document is multiple pages. Whenever printer encounters a file with more than 1 page, it automatically defaults to 2-sided printing. I've tried to set the Defaults to 1-sided, unsuccessfully. It should NOT be THAT hard. So, for all my multiple pages, I have to go into their Defaults and set it to no 2-sided printing, EVERY time. Irritating that these two items - which should be fairly easy to install - has given me trouble. I gave up after a while after looking at Brother's website and not finding any solutions. I gave it a reluctant 'YES' on rescommending this printer

This printer prints dual sided, is wireless capable and easy to set up. Nice printer value for b&w laser.

This is my 4th Brother laser printer. I just moved to GA and left my last printer at my home in IL for my kids. Exceptional savings if you print a lot. Easy set up. Great product!

Good features, rock solid reliability, compact and light weight. Nice to have the ethernet option (which is much less prevalent these days) as well as the wireless capability.

Bought for home office use during pandemic. Easy set-up; connected to wifi no problem. Print quality is outstanding. We had been using "all-in-one" inkjet printers from Canon and Epson, but they clogged up and lost print quality within a year or two, and ink cartridges were expensive. Going with this simple laser printer has been a relief. It prints quickly and responsively. The only minor negative is that is is kind of loud. My wife's desk is about six feet from where the printer sits, so if she is on a work phone call, I can't print out a lot of pages at one time because the noise is disruptive to her. But this is a minor inconvenience. The print quality is so good; this was well worth the purchase.

This printer was easy to set up. I thought there was more to it but once my laptop recognized and listed the printer as a printing option, it was already ready to print. In my opinion, the print quality and speed are good. I got this printer for personal use and I don't print a lot, but I think this is a good printer even if you need to print many pages a day.

However, it lacked air print capabilities needed for my IOS devices which meant I had to pull out my notebook for all print jobs. This Brother model black and white laser cartridge printer allows me the flexibly to print from any of my IOS devices seamlessly. It has a larger bay for holding printer paper, it’s fast, easy to setup and best of all uses a cartridge instead of individual ink jets for print jobs. In reality, how many folks use color ink for word documents or emails? This printer has a smaller foot print than most printers and good value for the money. If you’re looking for a simple, easy to use printer for most households. This printer is for you.

This printer is simple to use and is fast. The paper loads easily and the "On" button turns off automatically when not in use for a period of time.

We have purchased HL-L2370DW to replace our old Brother printer that has served us well for many years. the new printer was delivered 1 day ahead of time. Unpacking and installation were uneventful, just followed the instructions. Setting up Wi-Fi connection was a bit challenging since our home network is "hidden" and to set it up I needed an USB cable (not included in the package). Thankfully, I had such a cable, and the installation proceeded without any issues. Connecting additional computers was very easy. Upgrading to the most recent firmware was also very easy, and so were other steps - registration, configuration, etc. A couple of extra steps I wanted to configure - disabling the "Deep Sleep" and changing the default behavior on the "Low Toner" to "Continue" took some searching of the Internet, but I found how to do this configuration. The only remaining deficiency is that the printer can't be turned off (I know, this sounds silly). The Power On/Off button does not turn the device off, only turns it on before the initial set up. Automatic turn-off does not work even if enabled if the printer is on the network - and it is on the network (Wi-Fi). The only way to turn it off is to unplug it, which I am not going to do. Since we only use this printer 1-2 days a week, it is always on, in the "Sleep" mode. I hope it is not too terrible. I contacted Brother's support, but they were not helpful. Otherwise, the printer is good - inexpensive, works well, the duplex mode is appreciated, and it is easy to set-up the printed pages from the computer.

This is our 2nd Brother laser printer. We bought one (same model) last year for home use. We loved it so much, we have recently purchased another for office use. Compact design, does duplex printing, and very fast and quiet. Also support AirPrint from iPhone/iOS devices!

Actually works consistently and perfectly. Good print quality and fast. Wanted a black only toner printer. Was so tired of different brands color printers not working over the years.

This printer is very light and space saving. It is very quiet while printing and comes out quickly. Such a smooth operation. Highly recommended for home use!

I bought this laser printer to replace an ink jet printer. I wanted something that will reliably print without having to worry about ink drying up. This fits my needs perfectly. It only took a few minutes to get it set up on my home network. Now we can easily print from our laptops, tablets and phones. It's so easy and fast. This printer is absolutely perfect for home use when you may not print on a daily basis, but will still have some slightly heavier printing needs.

Having had this delivered last night, I pulled everything out of the box, set it in my living room, and used the built-in setup wizard for wireless. Pressing up and down through the alphabet is a bit of a pain, but once I did, it hooked right up to my network, and my computer recognized it immediately! Only took a half hour to set up, and most of that is running between it in the living room, and my desktop in my room.

This is the best printer that I have ever owned. This printer is great if you only print black and white and if you want pages to be printed quickly. It was very easy to set up. My old printer was an Epson ink jet. It needed ink that would have cost me 75.00. I said to heck with that and bought this Brother printer for 89.00 on sale.
