I have resisted getting a printer for a long time because of prior bad experiences with inkjet printers. When needing to get a printer while working from home, I gave in and purchased this one with the hope it would provide basic printing needs with minimal fuss. It has delivered. It was very easy to setup and I was printing from my windows laptop and iPhone over WiFi in no time. I haven’t yet figured out how to print to it from my daughters chrome book, but this is not a big issue for me (and I haven’t looked into it much). Printing is fast even when the printer is asleep and the small bit of toner it came with has already lasted us several weeks of school assignments and work. Very pleased with that. I am hoping the economics of the toner stays reasonable and that the printer lasts for new operating systems (a problem with the old ink jets). Time will tell on that, but for my immediate needs, this printer has been spot on for the need.

Print quality is great. The only complaint is that this “turns off” or “goes to sleep” if not used for a long time. You have to push the power button to start the print job if you haven’t printed in a while. Not a bad problem, just sometimes inconvenient because this printer is not next to one of the computers we print from most often.

This printer was such a great investment. I needed to print hundreds of pages of documents for an insurance company (not mine) after an accident and this really made the task not only easy but fast. Way faster than my inkjet. I love being able to print things in seconds versus minutes with my inkjet. Now all I need is a color model.

The Brother HL-L2370DW Laser printer we purchased is fast, effective and a great printer for home and office needs. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a great printer at a very competitive price. I would buy this product again and again.

If you’re looking for a good black and white laser printer, look no further than this printer. I’ve had this for over a year and am very happy with it - the quality has been consistent, there haven’t been any drops from my network, and the ease of printing double-sided is fantastic. The speed is also great - it’s faster than I anticipated.

I did a lot of research before I made this purchase. I opted for a black and white laser option because they are more reliable and less likely to break. I have been using this printer pretty heavily since I got it and I have not had a single issue, which is unheard of for printers! I highly recommend this printer for a solid, reliable option.

Works great no problems printing from phone or computer

love the wireless connection from the router to printer eliminating cables. has very good print quality and i'm still an the original toner cartridge after a year. some complain about this unit when it goes to sleep but has never been an issue with mine, send to printer and it wakes up in a few seconds and prints.

We got this for basic printing. Had a little trouble setting it up with our wireless network, but once we set it up correctly we’ve had no issues. Very easy to print from our laptop and smartphones and does exactly what we need it to do. Happy with the purchase.

Easy to set up, works faultlessly can't say enough good things about it. I did have one problem putting in the ink/roller thing. Not the fault of the manufacturer or the direction, it was me. I tried to install the thing upside-down . Once I got it righted I was away and running. Just stupid me.

Easy to use printer and copier. It has been very reliable.

So far so good. I haven't used it much, but what I have needed to be done has worked great with this printer. It's my first wireless printer and despite a few negative reviews regarding connectivity, it's been a breeze for me. The ability to easily print a two-sided document from my iPhone is AWESOME.
