Decent to good printer, quality is a bit above average, I like that it is double-sided. It is louder than I anticipated, The toner goes quickly so you have to set your settings so the toner is used slowly. However, you are going to sacrifice your print quality. Overall, it is worth what I paid for it.

I love the brother laser printers. My only thing I do not like is that the toner must be a original brother or it doesn’t work. I will rethink another unless they change this but works really well and haven’t had any problems other than buying brother parts as they are more expensive than the generic ones.

This is a nice, simple Laser Printer. Just Black and White. It has nice clean lines and is simple to operate and change the Cartridge. We didn't use our Printer often and the ink kept clogging up. With the Laser Printer this is no longer a problem.d

This printer is fast for miltiple page documents. It is a fraction of a second slower printing the first page than a comparable ink jet printer. But after the second page, this printer is the better option.

Solid performing printer. We used to purchase Dell printers but have move on to Brother printers and love them. This printer model and other similar models have all performed well for us. I recommend this printer.

I'm very happy with this printer so far. Print qualify is very good. We have 3 computers connected via WiFi and all print without issues. Connecting new machines once the printer was setup on the network was extremely easy. Build qualify is excellent; physically solid machine.

This printer is good for the price. A bit of an ink hog and is slow with spooling. This printer is good for the occasional printing needs and not med to high volume printing.

Great printer. Easy set up. Toner lasts so much longer than ink jet (but remember, only black and white), prints dual-sided. My only complaint is that you’ll get a “toner is low” message and there is still toner in the cartridge. Just google the hack for that and get a little more use out of it. Also, the refill cartridges don’t have to be Brother. I order other brands from Amazon for less.

Needed a laser printer for my dorm room within my budget, and this is perfect! Toner lasted about 7 months with weekly printing. Wireless printing wasn't too difficult to set up with my Mac. I'm very happy with this purchase and I will definitely be taking it with me when I move!

This printer has been a work horse... especially during covid while working from home... fast and easy setup to my WiFi and never seems like its running out of ink. both my wife and I work from home and do a lot of printing during our work hours and never had an issue with this printer.

Just a simple printer doing a simple job without all the attempts and having bells and whistles that in the end didn't work on the HP. Spent so much time sorting through online forums to try to get this stupid thing to work, while the brother just fired right up like a workhorse and got the jobs done.

A quality machine. Good copy speed with more than sufficient paper storage and clean, clear copies. Set up procedures are a little time consuming but not a significant determent. I would hesitate to make the same purchase again.

I've had problems with printers before, but this one seems to be a keeper! I'm very glad after having several frustrating purchases.

After using only inkjet printers in past years, this was my first laser printer. I opted for a black and white since I have no use for color. I based my choice on the Brother reputation, and am very satisfied. Prints come out clear and I've had no trouble in the past sixteen months.
