Good price and simple design. Cost of operations is less. Toner is better than ink.

I purchased my first laser printer about a year and a half ago and just bought this one for my mother. I loved mine so much that I recommended it and she wanted to get the exact same one.

Very good budget wireless, laser printer. The setup up process took me a while but after multiple attempts, it connected to my home wireless network. The print quality is excellent.

Quick and easy set up. Printer works great and gives good prints. I only need black and white copies so this is great for me. Much cheaper on ink than my old ink jet.

excellent laser printer..this is my second one ....Brother makes a great product...ink last forever even though its only black and white....it fits my need perfectly

Printer is solid and prints with good quality. Only caution would be the drum and toner cartridge come out as one and it wasn't super obvious when changing the toner cartridge (wife through both in the trash initially).

Live chat helped -- the wait on phone was too long. WIFi passwd setup was tough w arrows...how else can you do it without a full keyboard? I also ended up not relying on the CD, for the printer driver, but once connected, it seemed to go smoothly

This is great for printing several pages at a time. It is not too heavy of a printer to lift, if moving is required. Brother is a good brand to go with as well.

Nice little, simple printing unit... purchased the Lazer due inkjet hp not being used often enough and the expensive cartridges dried out and clogged up.

We needed something with a better capacity than our color ink jet. It set up easy and has been reliable thus far. The only issue I encountered so far has been the Wi-Fi setup when I had to update our network (router broke). This printer uses a 2.4GHz signal only and I had to manipulate our mesh duel system so that there was an exclusive 2.4 channel for the printer to find the network instead of the 5.0.

Works well as a back-up but I hate the cost of ink

Best Buy suggested this printer and it works well. very easy to operate and load paper. for the price it work as expected. and good buy.

This is a great printer and I don’t know how I lived my telework life without this thing. I actually bought this printer to do my wedding save the dates. I needed a laser printer because I’m foiling my save the dates. Well little did I know I also needed this thing for work as well. I initially bought a inkjet from a well known company and the amount of ink that I had to throw away because it dried up so fast was annoying. I’m in love with this thing.

By far and away, the best printer I've ever owned! It prints what I want it to print - the prints don't come out goofed up in some way, requiring me to: just go into my computer and change the bios settings, sit on the phone with customer service for hours on end, try a master reset on my computer, sit on the phone with microsoft for hours on end, download yet another worthless application or update, or any one of a thousand other useless wastes of my time, in order to make the thing print correctly. Yes, it uses a toner cartridge, but not the stupid ink jet crap. This one is a keeper.

Great little printer. Super fast and clear printing. Just needed something to print documents quickly and being a laser, low cost. It works perfectly.

Easy set up. Crisp, clean printing. Reliable. I would buy it again! A little bigger and heavier than I would like, but the wireless printing ability is great!great.
