When printing an envelope it would print an earlier address instead of updating to the new address. Printer was replaced under warranty conditions with no hassle at my local store. Otherwise, this is a very good printer.

I was googling, calling the Helpdesk with a lengthy hold time, and looking at YouTube. YouTube saved me. I bought this on sale so I kept it. I wouldn’t buy from this product line again with such horridly short and unclear instructions with an understaffed Helpdesk creating 20 minute plus wait

Inkjet printers seem to consume about ten times the ink. A laser printer's cartridge will last 1-2 years, compared to 1-2 months for inkjet. Pay a little more now and save a lot down the road.
