Great printer for the price and serves my home office needs perfectly!

This printer serves well for a small office with quick and sharp printing. It was easy to set up via WiFi. My only issue is one that affect5s Brother printers overall: The WSD printing port default needs to be changed to TCP/IP or the printer doesn't wake from a deep sleep.

DO NOT PURCHASE! This printer was nothing but headaches from the start. We dealt with connectivity issues with the printer on our wi-fi, connectivity issues to our computers, spooling issues that caused old documents (sometimes days to weeks old) to randomly print, and the printer almost never woke from sleep mode when data was sent to it. Brother tech support was ALWAYS unhelpful unless you asked for a supervisor or specialist. E.g. they initially told me the connection issues were because the printer "wasn't line of sight with the router" (as if they usually are....most wireless products aren't), then because it was "more than 10' away from the router" (as if wi-fi 5 (AC) or 6 (AX) doesn't extend more than that through sheetrock walls...which would largely defeat the purpose of having wireless devices), and then it was the "duration of sleep mode", then "not having a dedicated IP address". ---wait, that last one actually helped fix some issues. Regardless, this device was next to useless from the beginning. And now it is a paperweight---- 10 months out of the box and only lightly used while the kids were distance learning and the printer has NO POWER---the only device on the power strip to lose it. Because it is out of warranty Brother won't touch it and I didn't get Best Buy protection (not Best Buy's fault, I made that choice), there is nothing to do but recycle it because repairs will be more than the printer is worth. I will never recommend Brother printer products to anyone.

Excellent printer. Very quick to warm up and start printing. It will print in duplex, which is unusual for a printer in this price range. My rating is a little lower than it would have been because WiFi is difficult to set up. But once it's set, it works quite well. I haven't had it long enough yet to judge how it does on ink cartridges.

Fast printing, good for black and white documents.

It’s kind of a pain in the a with the Bluetooth because it doesn’t connect and it’s always on sleep. Multiple devices like my iPad laptop and computer say they can’t recognize this printer I’ve used my older printer with no issues connecting Bluetooth even when it is sleeping

Brother - HL-L2370DW Wireless Black-and-White Refresh Subscription Eligible Laser Printer - Gray very good product but a bit difficult to scan anything have to scan with a phone send to the printer to print so I bought a brother with a scanner built in.

Great purchase. It's a great alternative to printing with ink jet printers, if you don't need color. Toner cartridges are a bit pricey, but last a long time and are far cheaper than ink jet cartridges in the long run.

I leave it plugged in and turned on. It goes into deep sleep mode. When I want to print something, I simply send it to the printer and it prints. No hassles like I had with my color inkjet printer.

Excellent!!! The best printer yet. It has air print and does pretty great! The only thing is that it needs to be connected by a wire since I have mesh WiFi and it won’t work with new technology. Over all! Pretty good

So far, so good.. I've run several hundred pages through it so far with only one issue. I had to manually clean the image drum due to rough handling in shipment, not necessarily a fault of the printer. A great budget conscious, Ethernet equipped, duplex capable printer.

printing is good, but printer goes on sleep mode at any time.

The directions were complicated and confusing for me, a non-technical person. But once I managed to get everything up and running, the printer worked like a charm. I love being able to print from my iPad. Haven’t yet tried doing so from my phone.

I am having trouble getting it set up. I am tech stupid and the person helping me is in Texas on vacation

Got a new Internet router. Printer doesn't work now. Brother has pretty much no support. You call a number and wait in the queue forever. If you do get someone, they direct you to pay for support.

My printer arrived today and I was a little worried about setting it up wirelessly. I can't believe how easy it was. The time it takes between hitting "Print" and beginning to print is much faster. The paper moves through quickly. I like the quality of the print as well!
