This has been a great printer. I was tired of the laser jet ink issues and decided to try b&w laser. The copies are excellent and the speed is also great. I highly recommend this printer.

I took a star away because installing this printer wiped out the Control Center for my other Brother printer and I have not been able to get it to reinstall. Other than that, it works great. I've printed less than 100 pages so far, but good quality.

Works great. Very difficult to set up because the instructions are terrible. I really like that the default is double sided printing. It easily recognized my IPad and IPhone.

i got this printer couple weeks ago .works fine no problem so far .conneted to my smart phone .its fast takes no time .but same printer my friend bought it later for 70$ cheaper .thats where i lost it

Easy to setup, easy to use. I am loving this purchase. I've already printed about 100 things and I'm not out of ink like I would be in a traditional printer.

Love it. Wireless works perfect and never have to reconnect like the Epson. Laser cartridges are big and the best bang for the money.

Great value for a laser black and white printer. It does everything it's supposed to and it takes up very little space. Feels like it will last a long time.

No driver available for Apple Big Sur. Must use AirPrint. Set-up can be cumbersome with a small input window. Have your router ID and password ready. After install, this printer is great.

We've had multiple brother printers in the past and with any printer we can probably all agree that sooner or later after an abundance of usage they were out. we only purchases because our older brother printer had just worn itself out. This printer not only satisfied our need to replace our old printer but is faster and and has a higher quality of Prints when they are finished. Very satisfied with this product.

No complaints.. works perfect with my iPhone.. was having difficulty making copies from my phone.. love my new printer

Have used many Brother printers. Makes nice prints. Is a bit slow compared to business size, like 53 and 5400 series. Size is compact. Big issue with all brother printers is getting low toner warnings way to early.

I've used this Brother printer for about a year. It is great for savings as compared to buying ink cartridges for a standard printer...but it is very loud and very slow when printing. It is also not easy to scan documents. The process is quite complicated as compared to a standard printer.

Great quality and quickness in printing. Enjoy the dependability. Now if Consumer Reports is correct we will be spending less on ink/ toner costs. Our previous Epson color printer was a color ink guzzler even though we printed majority black and white.

I finally found "the one"! I had previously purchased 3 other printers and had different issues with each one! This printer is efficient and wonderful in every way! You can't do wrong!!!
