This version includes two toner cartridges, one standard capacity and one high capacity. (The "standard" version of this printer has only a low capacity toner cartridge -- that's the only difference.) The only downside so far is printing envelopes. You are supposed to open the back and flip a couple of levers down -- awkward if you have to reach over it.

No complaint loved that there was an option for multiple cartridges toner/ink sometimes it’s a headache when you’ve ran out and need to purchase urgently. Only thing that was a headache was installing the driver

The only reason that I bought the new one is because was no longer compatible with my new macOS vision and there was no driver available. The computer would shut down every time I printed! The new Brother's printer works great.

Only complaint I have the screen is quite small to use it comfortably, it can be improved. But after I set the printer with WiFi I do not have any issue and love the printer overall

The only problem I have is the connection with my computer keeps dropping and this is very disappointing and disruptive to my business. Without my son to reconnect the printer and computer I would be returning this printer for a refund. I am not able to do this by myself. I lose a whole day of work every time this happens. I would like to know why this keeps happening.

Without cable I could t install hardware or connect to internet. Also the ink cartridge the came installed would not allow the system to read. No I don’t have the 2yrs free ink as stated on box
