You have to open the back, push down two green levers in order to print an envelope. 2. If you print a document from the paper tray with the back open (as above) the document has ghost images from the document which smudges the page. Therefore, if you want to print a document and an envelope to mail it is a multiple step process, open back door push down levers, print envelope, then close back door and then print body of the letter. I have been using a HP LaserJet 2000 for 16 years and it was far more reliable and all I needed to do was put the envelope on manual tray send the document and the envelope printed followed by the letter body. No doors to open, no smudged pages. I am not sure how this printer gets the ratings it does. If I can't figure out the smudging issue Best Buy is getting this back.

After printing envelopes, the green levers in the back cover of the machine need to be returned to the normal position to prevent ghosting in regular plain paper. Never connects, don’t waste your time

Despite the drivers being updated, every time I want to print, none of my devices can connect to the printer. Each time I want to use it I have to reset the Wi-Fi settings on the printer. 1 star for Brother’s terrible usability. When it works the printing is quick and good quality, but too bad it takes at least ten minutes each time I need to print a single page.

I bought 5 items on one day. The only price drop was the Mac Pro for 2299.99. 6to10 December the price dropped to 1999.99 at Best Buy. Called price match several times. Found out they thought Ireceiced a Bundle. That did not happen. I paid for everything at regular price. In addirion, they new there was no bundle for the Mac Pro 16 2019. So they did not honor it.
