This is a very nice printer for the money. Since I have only owned it for a few weeks, I can't say too much about its durability, but so far I have no complaints. Setup was easy except that the directions did not explain that I had to use the up and down arrows to enter my network password to hook up to WiFi. Other than that, setup went well. It has been easy to use with our iPhones, a MacBook, and a Windows PC.

Purchased to replace an old Brother laser printer which I really liked, so I bought another Brother product, and I am very happy with this printer. It is easy to use and does a very nice job of printing, copying and scanning. Produces good quality black and white documents and works great either wireless or connected to my computer.

We are very pleased with the wireless printer. We do not have any problems to get printed when we're not at home. We have been recommending a printer like we have it now. I recommend for everyone a very good printer.

I'm giving only 4 stars because I bought the printer to donate for a fundraiser and have no experience with this model. However I have 2 Brother laser printers and have not experienced any problems with them. Brother is my choice for black n white laser printers.

Very good printer, EZ to install. Works great prints great. Fast. A good replacement. I did not know what I was missing. Now I can print from my cell phone, I pad, my husbands cell phone, and our computers.

I brought this laser printer during a sale at a great price. Good value for the money. Printing quality is great, pitting in both sides is awesome. The downside is that set up seems easy, but it wasn't, no sd card or usb port, but still a good product.

I am satisfied with this purchase. I was not able to use the wireless feature of the printer to pair it to my laptop, and I did spend quite some time, but connecting the printer to my laptop using USB was straight forward. Both printer and scanner are good. This particular model does not have a feature to directly send the scan to your email, but the software provides a lot of features. So, in summary, if you don't want to spend too much and you are happy with a good-sized all-in-one machine near your desk at home, I definitely suggest this.

It's just a regular black and white laser printer with scanner and photocopier but it is the only monochrome printer that auto prints both sides of the paper-which I absolutely love! Prints are good. Setup is easier. ONE BIG LIMITATION IS THAT THE PRINTER DOES NOT COME WITH A CABLE TO CONNECT WITH COMPUTER. I had to get one from elsewhere. If it had the cable it would have been a perfect package. I took off a star for this reason only.

If you think about it, if you print in color, you wait until you go to work. If you need to print in black and white, you print at home. This thing is awesome. I have not had to replace the toner yet but its quiet and prints really great.

Set up was relatively simple. Had problems w/putting in password. Note: Capital letter come after lower case. After I discovered this I connected to internet easily. Purchased Brother specifically due to ease of use and ease of scanning and printing from App. I rarely print in color so made decision to purchase laser black and white printer - toner savings alone pays for this printer.
