No need to buy unnecessary color ink cartridge. This black and white printer is excellent and save me money.

This high value easy to use printer has been a must have. Bought one for office one for home and even bough friends one so they could enjoy. It’s a full featured printer , scanning , printing , copying , easy and affordable replacements and carts

It is an incredible price for the amount of functionality that you get. I really love that it does duplex copies, scanning, etc and the wireless capability for printing from computers, phones, other devices is really helpful for our household. Definitely five stars!

This printer is very easy to setup and works well. For the price, you can't find a better laser.

It’s working out well so far. It was easy to set up and get started on the problem. I’ve had so far is that it sometimes jams when printing double-sided copies with 22 pound copy paper. I hope it last longer than my last big purchase from Best Buy, a Samsung Television that only lasted 14 months before I junked it.

Prints great, slow to warm up, ones moving it prints quickly.

Great printer. Quick. So was the setup and it was very easy. Can print from almost anything. The toner that comes with it would last a residence that doesn’t print daily a lifetime worth of printing without changing the cartridge.

I bought this because I was sick of paying money for 4 color ink cartridges when all I printed was text. So much cheaper to use. Works flawlessly. Great price. I bought this at the recommendation of the Best Buy salesperson, and love it. Thanks!

Best thing I did would never by a ink jet printer again everything comes out beautiful

I never have had a problem with this printer. After initially getting the wireless network recognized and my router keyed into the printer, it remembers the settings and I don't have to fiddle with it after that. Once my PC and the printer were both connected to the same network and the brother software was installed on my PC, everything was very easy. The printer is very fast, pretty efficient on ink, and uses a pretty readily refillable toner cart. It's cheap to operate. You won't get masses and masses of printing out of it for years and years, but unless you have a big business, it handles projects, no breakdowns yet after a few years, however, I would say that I probably only print about 1000 pages a month.
