I have had this machine 6 weeks. It was easy to setup. I have not had any paper jams. I would recommend this printer.

The printer works great and fast. Plugging it in directly to a computer works fast and easy. Connecting it to a wifi network is slow though because there is no keyboard, only up and down to choose between characters, upper case letters, and lower case letters.

Great so far. My first Brother printer, I can't speak about reliability. Love the features like duplexing and the scan/copy capability. It has a relatively large footprint, but I like having the paper stored internally instead of having an exposed tray sticking out - those always seem to get in the way plus allow the paper to collect dust and dirt. To get it all for $99 on sale was awesome!

Good efficient printer. Doesn't waste a lot of ink. Easy hook-up to ones home Wi-fi, so place it anywhere in the house.

This printer works great, connects to Wi-Fi. Was an easy set up. Scanner can copy or send to phone. The only downfall is it’s a little loud but I don’t find that a huge deal.

It's a bit noisy when it prints, but the quality of the copy is great.

I purchased this device to get away from ink cartridges that seem to dry out just when I need to print something. This all in one printer/copier does the job. Keep in mind it is black and white only but if that works for you the toner cartridges are inexpensive compared to color ink cartridges and they don't dry out. Best of all you will never receive a warning stating that you can't print a black and white document because the magenta cartridge is out of ink! The only issue I've had (probably due to my ignorance) is getting the wifi connection to work in my vacation home because I have the same printer in my primary residence. I haven't figured out how to differentiate between the two. If you are only buying one you won't experience this problem. Great tool for home office.
