I purchased this device to get away from ink cartridges that seem to dry out just when I need to print something. This all in one printer/copier does the job. Keep in mind it is black and white only but if that works for you the toner cartridges are inexpensive compared to color ink cartridges and they don't dry out. Best of all you will never receive a warning stating that you can't print a black and white document because the magenta cartridge is out of ink! The only issue I've had (probably due to my ignorance) is getting the wifi connection to work in my vacation home because I have the same printer in my primary residence. I haven't figured out how to differentiate between the two. If you are only buying one you won't experience this problem. Great tool for home office.

So far this has been a good choice. This is a fast printer- copies well- lightweight compared to our old HP printer. Easy to set up.

I already used it for about 1 month. It is easy to set up (which is quite important for me), and I use it to print homework (mostly) for my kids. The quality is solid. I haven't purchased replacement toner, and don't know how that works out since nowadays most of cost is spent on inks.

Good basic printer, work well with wireless. Decent scanner. Top lid feels a little flimsy but still holds well and may even help with the weight. No complaints

Was looking to replace my old Brother laser printer that was not Wifi. I decided to stay with Brother because I never had any issues with my old printer and the cartridges were not that expensive. Set up took about 10-15 mins since I had to download the software and after setting up, it worked great. I was able to print off of my iPhone as well. I'm liking it!

This is our office's 2nd Brother Printer/Scanner. They work very well for our small office & we have not had one single issue! We'll definitely buy another if needed. Finally, it's sold for a very reasonable price.

I am very happy with this printer/copier. Sharp copies. Easy to set up. No problem with the wireless printing.

My old Dell wireless printer with always drop its connection so I bought this brother and have been very pleased scanning works great files saved automatically to PC and bought at a good price good unit works well

Bought this printer to replace an old inkjet that kept jamming and failing to print properly. This printer was easy to set up and provides excellent copies. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an inexpensive laser printer.

Works great I bought 2 printers from Best Buy and had to return them because your staff could not connect to my laptop. I bought this one and my daughter connected it. She is not a computer specialist. I am happy I tried again.
