This printer is functional. Probably be a lot better if I could find the right driver for this unit. I have a Mac Desktop and it does not have a CD drive so cannot use the CD that came with the printer. I am using a basic driver and it at least works. Brothers need to give better instructions on where to find tue correct driver in its instructions.

Instalation was long and had to be run 4 times. Finally it did work and now ocasionally I have to turn the computer, printer, and the router off, then back on. This is a fine laser, and I'll keep it.

Easy to set up. Works fast and easy to use. It’s a great buy.

It does seem a bit soon for me to review it as I don't understand all of its uses. However, what I have used it for has been easier and faster than with my last printer. And as it is a brother I will not be surprised if it lasts 25 years!

Happy to write a review on this printer, i have purchased 2. It is a small copier that does a great job for all your office needs. It gives great copies, scans and & provides great service everyday. The ink cartridges are affordable & last a long time. Very happy with my purchase for office & home.

This is just a newer version of the one I’ve had for 10+ years. That one still works just needed something similar in the new office space. I have have no issues and setup was a breeze. I hope this one last as long as my old workhorse printer. I’ve always had very good luck with brother laser printers

Print quality is great and fast. Easy to install too.

Has all the capabilities that you need for home and home office. Easy to set up. Uou can easily print stuff of your Iphone through air print. guess what has a scanner and print quality is great it prints on both sides too and that automatic you don’t have to flip the papers after the first face flips. I definitely recommend buying this Brother

Much better than a HP to use with Windows operating systems.

This is my first laser printer purchase and I couldn't be happier. Crisp text, flawless wireless connectivity with my Windows 10 laptop, and high quality scanning. I have been printing and scanning documents without any cables plugged into the computer which is pretty cool. Not a fan of the nagging software Brother has you install to do wireless scanning - lots of reminders to use Brother's overpriced toner instead of generic versions. I'd suggest turning off all Brothers notifications in Window's Notifications control panel. If you just need this for printing you can set this up for wireless printing without installing any Brothers software which is nice.

Very happy with printer. Toner lasts a long time but I only but the original Brother toner cartridges.

Appreciate the ease of setup on Wi-Fi. Printing instructions straightforward. No constant running through instruction screens. Happy purchasing a laser printer - putting a stop to the financial drain of inkjet color cartridges. Got a great recommendation on Brother printers from a neighbor. Very pleased with purchase.

This has been a good printer for my husbands small office. It’s not super user friendly when trying to connect to his surface pro...no CD drive. But I eventually got it to work and it’s been good since.

The scanner and printer work really well. Only that I’ve experienced is the software on the computer can be a little slow at times, but not a huge deal breaker.

This replaces an ink jet printer that the cartridges were drying out on. A single color cassette is just right for us at our summer cottage.
