It’s the first WiFi capable printer that actually works when I try to print via the WiFi network!

Very happy with this. The only issue I had was setting it up to be wireless but that's my own technological ineptitude. My son-in-law helped me via Facetime and had it working in minutes after my trying for awhile. So far I've used it for printing and copying. Nice to have this at home.

This is my 2nd Brother laser printer and these things are amazing. Very little if any maintenance. So dependable. Just change the cartridge when needed, which is hardly ever and very easy. SO MUCH BETTER than those ink jet printers!!!

The product appears to be working well for the short time I have had it. However, the installation of this printer was an extremely bad experience. It took about six hours to complete the installation. The installation disc failed early on and I was advised to call Brothers Support - in Jamaica. The tech person said the disc was not compatible with Windows 10. I had to talk with three tech people because after lengthy contact with two of the tech people I had to call back and wait again 20 minutes to make contact. After much time with the third tech person, I was informed that my firewall had to be disabled before I could go any further. I had to end this call, contact Frontier, and have them temporarily disable my firewall. I then had to call Brothers back and complete the printer installation. The installation of the printer was finally completed after about five hours. I then had to reinstall the firewall which took another hour (approx.). When I bought this printer I was told the installation was very easy. All I had to do was follow the instructions on the installation disc. I will think twice before I buy another Brother product. Sorry I had such a lengthy communication on this, but I felt it was important to share my experience so that you can avoid further negative experiences with future customers.

Even though the printer is a little larger then what I’m used to, it prints high quality documents quickly. I also like the fact that it’s only prints in black. I have no need for colour pictures or documents and the fact that this printer cartridge only cost about $45, this is exactly what I wanted.

The is a great printer with the least amount of problems. The toner lasts a long time and prints speeds are great. BIG problem is when you have to replace the drum, it so expensive, you might as well replace the whole thing! This is bad for the environment! I wish the company cared about the effect of dumping these on the environment and did something about the replacement toner- make it more affordable!

I chose a laser printer for the economical cost per page and reliability. The inkjets were expensive and unreliable regardless of brand. This is my first Brother and is has exceeded my expectations. After the initial setup i was able to print effortlessly from all of my devices. Nice job Brother.

My second HLL2390DW. It is perfect for my needs. Only occasional use, but reliable. I used to have an inkjet printer, but my ink cartridges were always drying up

I got this printer to replace an old Brother printer that was the best printer I ever had. This one so far seems great also. It was easy to set up also. I'm looking forward to many more years of solid performance from this printer. Have not yet needed to replace the ink cartridge.

Printer could be better software interface. Quiet enough to have it next to bedrooms. A good price for printer-fax-scanner with wifi. It's not taking much space as I thought to compare to hp laser single funtion. Compared to HP laser printer, at $65 more to have 3in1 with wifi, that's a good upgrade. I haven't use copy-scanner, can't rated yet.

This printer works great! easy set up and it's so nice that I can print from my phone using airprint! I had an older brother printer that was bulkier and didn't support airprint so this is a really nice upgrade!

i was also able to print copies from the scan glass without using a paper feeder. Very good for multiple mail printing.

First... I love Brother laser printers because they separate the toner cartridge from the drum unit. With some other brands they are in one unit, making the replacement cartridge more expensive (and, for me, less environmentally friendly because you replace both the toner and the drum each time). Second... the HL-2390DW produces beautiful text, which is mostly what I print. For serious graphics printing one should look at ink jet printers, of course. Third... I only occasionally scan, and usually I scan only one or two pages. Using the flatbed scan window is just fine. For those who regularly scan multiple pages, you might look at the Brother MFP models with an automatic document feeder. I just don't need that feature. This purchase replaced a 2007 model Brother MFP which frankly just needed both a drum and a toner cartridge. I decided to recycle that unit and opt for a current model... but I wouldn't have had to, honestly. I've purchased at least 10 Brother laser printers for different people over the years, and I've been pleased every time.

It does exactly what we need it to do in our office at home. We have had bigger units but were tired of the space that they take.

We had a Brother printer previously. We were very pleased and opted to purchase another Brother printer. We are very pleased.

The salesman knew his products and after he told me about the one I liked, we bought it. Not disappointed in this product.

I have to say I have always been an HP printer guy. My friend told me about brother and I decided to give it a chance. So far I am impressed with the printer functionality and the mobile function seems to be much better than HP. I highly recommend this printer to anyone who wants fast and easy printing.

I love this printer!!! Does what I need it to do and no more having to buy ink jet cartridges that run dry all the time.

My team had to begin working remote without much notice, like many others had to . I went on line and ordered a few of these for my team to have at home to be able to work as they need to print and review documents and create mailing labels and envelopes as well as scan. They are working great!

Provides good quality prints. A real workhorse and reasonable noise levels.
