Great printer but instructions that were included were not helpful. Had to rely on YouTube to make it operational

Simple to set up and simple to use. Automatically connected to my computer and I was printing and scanning in minutes. I’ve only had it fir a couple of week but so far it has not disappointed .

My late, lamented Brother MFC 6800 finally died after 18 years use. A critical part failed and there is no replacement available. After many years of wonderful experience with a Brother MFC laser, I went for this one to replace it. It has a good price, could handle oversize originals (i.e., books), and copy to legal size. After some figuring to get the correct settings, I am very happy with it (don't miss a sheet feed) The only issue I have is that the power cord is integrated into the printer. Printer power cords are not plugged into an outlet in a straight path. That means when unplugged, one is dragging a power cord around with it. Fortunately, Amazon has a converter from the classic 3-prong power cord to the new three prong outlet. So I don't have to dangle a power cord when I remove the printer.

Best printer I've ever had. Constant updates. Works with every device I've ever needed to print from. If I need to print something in color, which is very rare for me, I go to FedEx.

Easy setup, great black and white print but weak on the scanner software. if you do tons of b&w printing then this is your scanner. If you like to scan photos, then get an HP. Set up is also a pain with no touch screen or digital keyboard. Its like typing the alphabet on an old flip phone.

The printer has all the options I need without ones I don't need. I like that it prints double-sided. It was a bit tricky to set up and connect to the computer.

I have not gone through the long haul with this scanner printer but from the month that I have had it, I am pleased. It was easy to set up and easy to use scanning documents and printing. It meets my home office needs. I am not going for color photo prints or high res digitization, just the basics of saving some hard copies digital and printing when needed.

I had a HP Inkjet printer that could not do the kind of printing that my working from home demands. The Brother HL-L2390DW was able to solve this problem. The printer is fast and prints several pages in a minute. If u do a lot of medium printing then you to consider this printer.

I love the printer as it allows for wireless printing so I don’t have to turn on the laptop each time if I need to get a document printed. It was easy to set up and works well. One of the faults I have with it is that the tray that holds the printed document should be extended a bit as it’s a little awkward to get the paper out.

This is great printer for everyday use. I use it in my small business and for personal printing. It is easy to use. Copying documents means feeding each page separately, one at a time on the flatbed scanner. The tray barely holds a half ream. But if you don't do too much printing, it more than handles the job without too much hassle.
