I bought to replace an old brother that lasted me ten years. This one works well and the toner is inexpensive.

This printer is faster than I expected. The local store headed in stock so I was able to get it within the hour.

excellent black and white printer for its price. Refill compatible laser cartridges are very reasonably priced . Automatic two-sided printing a good feature.

I like the idea but f not purchasing small cartridges of ink. The tone is a much more cost effective solution.

Very nice printer. Needed printer for work and this meets needs. Color was not needed since we prints only a few pages a month and ink would dry up in the heads so we went with this laser

I purchased this black & white laser printer because I wanted it to do the bulk of my printing since it has wireless capability and does 2-sided printing. It was a bit difficult to install but I got thru it (I'm a retired computer professional); others will have trouble. My computer is running 64-bit Windows 10. The printer is very fast and the print is clear and sharp. I am happy with it except for one thing. The per page cost is very good. I soon discovered that it would not print 2-sided from a PDF document or from a Gmail. The option for 2-side printing did not appear in the Print Dialog. Word and Excel worked fine. I called Brother Support and was told this is a Gmail and PDF issue. I stated I disagreed because with the same document, I saw 2-sided option in the same window when I switched to my Expson XP-6000 printer. Their support person maintained it was not their issue. I asked to escalate to a technical support person and this was denied. So sadly I am going to return this printer. Sorry Brother, you lost a customer.

No more buying ink cartridges that run out quickly, even without any use. We only print black, so works great.

This is the second Brothers Laser printer I've purchased from Best Buy. Great product for a great price.

I bought this for my 88 year old father in law but haven't been able to give it to him yet because Illinois is still shut down, especially his senior living space. I've been pleased with Brother printers for decades and there's every reason to be pleased with this one also.

I was challenged about setting up....got the components in ok but needed help with connecting to 2 phones. I am disappointed a manual is no longer included with this and many other tec items purchased. I need to read instructions myself to be able to things put together, or up and running. This is a good purchase. Great printer for great price

I have been use inject printer for long time cost lot of money and dry out very fast, I got this brother printer to save money and time, easy to set up, connect to my pc laptop and iphone, tablet in one minute, able to print from anywhere, printing very fast, quality is very good

The kids kept complaining about going to the library to print homework so I decided to buy this printer wasn’t my prefer choice but, I’m amazed with it. Print double sided. Can print from any devices amazing: desktops laptops, tablets, smartphones, no problems.

This is a very good easy to use printer with one drawback. It is not usable if your wifi is down. For some reason the setup only included a scan function from your cell phone but I called to get a link to a scan function from a computer.

it takes time to adjust and setup with window 10. had to call support and they helped correct most of the problems with getting system to work normal.

Initial install pretty simple and easy just pull out and plug in. Wi-Fi setup was a bit tricky pressing a button doesn't work. thanks to the YouTube community 122 videos later I was able to setup my Wi-Fi very easy on my cell phone or my iPad tablet and my MacBook. Love the ease of printing as well as scanning and copying. Great value!

I was tired of always needing ink with an inkjet. This is perfect for me. 1200 pages before I need to get toner! Found I can get 2 replacements for $32 on Amazon that are rated for 3000 pages each when it is needed. This printer is fast. Duplex printing has worked great.

Bought a Brother for home office 10 years ago. Was great! Did not hesitate to go get another Brother!
