I love this thing. It works so much better than an inkjet printer. I hope the cartridges last as long as the research I have done indicates. I probably wasted enough on inkjet cartridges to have paid for this. Only issue is how to hook it up via WIFI, hopefully I can figure that out.

This Brother printer is a brand I trust and has proven to be a good addition to my home office.

Pretty easy to set up, great printing quality. I can't remember whether it came with a USB cable, though, since I used one I had sitting around. Set up was not too difficult but I had to look for instructions via online search for some of the settings that I could not find or were unclear.

I am very happy with this purchase! I was also very happy with the cost of ink replacements!

So far i am very happy with the Brother laser printer. My first with this brand and type. The set up went smoothly and the print is excellent. I am glad i took a chance and tried something new.

I generally find printers to be more trouble/cost than what they are worth. This opinion has developed over time for a variety of reasons, not the least of which was the initial setup of a new printer on a network. So far, the installation was very straightforward and there have been no complaints as far as the operation of the printer.

Purchased this as a gift. The item works as described and my parents enjoy using it.

Tech support incredibly rude. Inexcusably so. Bad business practice. They are also only available M-F, 8-5. Not all Brother printers are in offices.

Terrific quality printer. However, directions for connecting to home Wi were the worst in history. I finally was able to do it after trial and error taking an hour. Brother website no help. They need to get the directions right.

Needed a reliable printer for my elderly parents. This printer has been working great for them! They haven’t had any issues yet, easy to use. They love how the paper doesn’t spew out on the floor as their prior printer did.

Best purchase ever. Been doing school and work from home lately and needed something that won’t cost an arm and a leg to keep printing. This is it. Works with iPhone and Apple products wirelessly too.

Compared to an ink jet printer this printer is faster, and t spend a lot less on ink cartridges. The design takes up less space than many other printers.

Extremely FAST and quality printing, but that speed came at the price of blowing my circuit breaker, so I had to return it. My house is only 15 years old, so I don't know if it was the specific printer or just the one I purchased.

Great printer but the tray situation is a little finicky. Sometimes it will switch what tray it wants to dispense the paper out of when it should be the one you designate. It works well for a while then switches. Other than that it works great, speedy and great quality prints.

A retired Senior, I needed a printer strictly for personal use. I am partial to Laser quality printing, and I no longer need the flexibility of color printing. I find it more cost effective to have this printer with my favorite features.
