Great printer

You can let this sit idle for a very long time and the toner stays the same. The only downside with laser printers is they pull a lot of voltage and tend to make a lot of stuff go weird. Best option is to connect this printer on a separate breaker not attached to lights or anything sensitive electronic.

Setup was difficult, results are good, not great.

I figured it out only after over an hour of online research and repeated trial and error (I later found some difficult to understand directions on page 310 of the owners manual, which only made sense because I had already figured it out). Once connected It works great with my phone and iPad. I am getting a wide black smudge along one side of each page, but I haven’t yet researched what to do about it (again, the manual is no help at all). I like having 2-sided printing, and the resolution is acceptable. Overall a good product, just horrible setup instructions.
