Just what I needed

Which I didn’t need to use for color much as I did for black ink. I glad I bought this cause I don’t have to keep replacing the color just when I try to only use black ink. I’m spending more on cartridges with my color printer then this one. When I print out worksheets for college. With the smaller cartridge I don’t quote me but around 7000 pages and the larger cartridge about 10000. When the color one barely anything.

Function over form in this case. I was looking for a different Brother model, but it was out of stock due to COVID and everyone needing a home office printer. Found this one and satisfied! Quick setup, WiFi connection has been smooth, fast printing and easy to scan. Great value! No complaints.

It works great so when I needed another printer I bought the HL-L2390DW which is a newer version. I have had some difficulty with using the scanner but eventually a friend got that to work. There are so many components between the printer, the wifi, the laptop, the ipad it is hard to know what is the culprit. I just gave it 4 stars because sometimes it prints with ease and sometimes more finicky and because of the scanner issue.
