I will be returning this one, the print output has blank and missing areas on every single print. Also the output will easily smudge with a finger rubbed on the print on plain paper, not something that should happen with a laser printer. The printer driver is always glitchy, and good luck figuring out the on-board menus, particularly if you're just looking to throw a document on for a quick scan that you want to save to a folder on your computer.

Thank goodness for grandchildren! He had no problems setting it up and he tried the scan and print options just to make sure it was all working. I don't print too many things, but the few things I've printed, copied and scanned have been easy to do. At this point, I would highly recommend this printer.
