Sometimes it has wireless connectivity issues and problems printing large files. Will randomly turn on duplex printing by itself. It's fine for a basic printer, but I think next time I'd spend a little more to get something better.

If you name both networks the same thing, this may cause repeated connection loss between the Brother machine and the computer. Good Print Quality and poor scanning & Copy

Printer looks good in terms of speed and quality if the document is PDF . Quality of scanning or copying is poor compared to my old 50 dollar canon inkjet printer . I am hoping this to be rectified in new models .

I bought it because the controls were almost identical to my old Brother printer and I'm already familiar with the idiosyncrasies of that particular printer. My old Brother printer lasted 10 years. Hoping this one is as reliable!

Didn’t take me very long all of maybe 10 mins to download on the computer, I have a 2011 Mac desktop so I was worried ha ring an older computer but no trouble best part is wireless so if I have stuff on my phone I can print from my phone. So far I love it. Energy efficient so shuts down when not in use!

The toner does not dry out because it is already dried. The only negative is that it’s black and white only but that is an easy work around in most cases when I need a color document.
