Tired of broken Epson and having a longer lasting Brother already in service, I took a chance of getting this slightly lower end model than the one we have. So far it's worked well. So well that we bought another.

I had to replace my printer while out of town working at a horse show. This printer was on sale, PLUS the price of toner cartridges is about half of my old Brother printer. Love the 2-sided copy ability too!

My Brother HL-L2380 died after only 4 years. It prints fine, but the menu displays only white so it's not possible to copy, scan, or even change the wi-fi settings. Anyways, I purchased his HL-L2390DW to replace it, which you would think is a step up (from ...80 to ...90). Gone is the large color touch display and the numeric touch keyboard. They obviously cut corners. We'll see how longs this lasts. BTW, after my previous experience with Brother I purchased the extended Geek Squad warranty. Unfortunately Brother is rated the best in the poorly rated low cost laser MFC market.

Difficult to connect to wifi. Great copier ehh its legit

So far so good, I bought it because of the kids need it for virtual class since covid19, not too frequently print documents every day. It is OK for kids to print homework, not expensive. If this price with color function will be best.

Most printing i do is for paper copies of personal purchases, monthly bills, etc.. Black and white suits my everyday use. That it scans and copies is an added plus. Good buy from Best Buy.

Product is working out so far. Let’s see how long ink lasts. Didn’t have any trouble connecting to WiFi. Printed from iPad and from upstairs bedroom with no issues.

works very well, the only drawback is it does not have an automatic feed, scanned and printed and have had no problems

Works great. Discovered that it did not have a hard ethernet port. No big deal ---I got it online with a static IP using the wireless AP tying it in on WiFi and I can still print from hard wired network PC's.

I bought this just as the pandemic was looming. Got it for a discount. It does the job. AirPrint and Google print support helps if you want to print the documents from your phone.

Best Buy are great store to shop, large choice of merchandises brand to choose, price are reasonable & pleasant employees to serve customers.

I'm happy with the printer. I had an issue with recognition of my router, but the Tech solved it quickly. Air print with my Macs is smooth.

At 85 years old, i'm not very good with installing equipment, but I had no problem with this printer. It's working wonderful

Git sick of inkjets having software based "ink level" identification. Was sick of being forced to ad a new cyan cartridge to print BLACK! Switched to laze

My first laser printer. I do not print often and was tired of my ink drying up. This printer is more expensive, but well worth not having to purchase ink cartridges.

Does everything asked of it. Good all purpose home printer with acceptable speed and throughput. The wireless capability allows the placement to be where the most convenient.

You don't care what I think of my purchase, you just want to collect information about me. That's why everyone thinks that marketeers are stupid and generally quite useless.

Bought for my daughter for school. Her inkjet died. I have a 2700 and love it. Dependable and works great! Not only would I recommend it, I bought one for my daughter

My rating was downgraded because of setup issues. I was trying to install on a wireless network that uses the printer's MAC address to ensure only the listed wireless devices could connect. The MAC address on the printout turned out to be incorrect. I then found a different MAC address looking through the settings via the control panel. It too turned out to be incorrect but after timing out on this attempt the setup program displayed a 3rd MAC address and this one brought joy. Once set up and connected to the network I was very happy with the printer.

Great home office printer. This is my third Brother printer. One at work, one in m home office and one at my husband's work.
