I bought this printer because I need it for college and it is amazing! The ink lasts long and it prints out your documents super quick! I highly recommend it if you need it for school or work.

I had a previous Brother printer and was very happy with it. I replaced the Drum Unit with an after market brand, Bad Idea. I should have bought this new one. Print quality and scan quality are excellent. New features of the software alone made it worth it. Example print from cell phone. I could not be happier.

So far I love this printer. It’s compact enough that it doesn’t take up a ton of room on my desk, has great paper capacity, crisp clean prints, toner life has been perfect so far and setup and installation was very easy and intuitive.

Its pretty easy to install the program and wireless printing is great. Its not the best looking printer though.

This product really supersedes my needs in the best of ways. I had no issue with getting this up and going. It was so simple to set up and the print quality is great. The price was excellent. Recommend this product.

Got it on sale for $100. Get away from the expensive and lower quality ink cartridges and go laser. Toner is much more economical and prints more professionally. It also copies and scans. It prints quickly. Has Wifi and allows you to connect wires. It's the best value. If you need color or a fax then you have to pay much more for those all in ones. This is perfect for my son in college.

Clear print economical operation. Reliable. If black and white is all you need then this one will do the job.

Don't need a color printer so this laser printer provides quality printing at an economical price. The colored ink jet printers are just so expensive to keep replacing the ink. The laser cartridge never dries out because it's powder and not liquid.

This laser printer is outstanding. It is very easy to set-up, prints beautifully, and is fully-compatible with my iMac. I was able to use AirPrint immediately. Although it comes with a disc to install drivers (for those with computers or external drives to read them), you can also download Brother iPrint & Scan at the Apple app store for free. This installs quickly and allows you to scan. Mac-compatibility was a decisive factor in selecting a printer. Beyond that, I wanted to print high-quality black & white documents quickly, easily, and cost-effectively in terms of ink. This printer is off to a great start meeting all those needs.

A friend recommended this printer to me because he had one and loved it. He said it was a workhorse and was superior to other printers because it uses toner instead of ink cartridges. He said it would save me a lot of money in the long run. I've only had it a month but so far, so good! Works well and easy to use plus it's wireless...print from any device anywhere in the house!

I gave my old brother laser to a family member. I have had it for years. Still keeps working great. I wanted an all in one laser printer and went with this one. Very reasonable ($99). Great quality and easy setup.

Great all in one printer/scanner/copier for a home office or WFH setup without taking up too much room. I replaced an HP laserjet that had overly expensive toner replacements and was only a printer and this brother all in one is only slightly larger. Bonus points for duplex printing and cheap third party toner kits that help reduce cost of ownership. Wifi setup was also simple, though I do prefer a wired Ethernet connection for network printing which this model lacks but we have had no issues with it dropping connection over wifi and the whole family has been able to print to it without issue.
