I’ve owned laser printers in the past but this is my first all-in-one laser. Setup was really easy, even the network setup. It’s fast to respond, wakes up and warms up quickly and prints reasonably so. It’s definitely fast enough for a sub-$200 laser AIO. Text is sharp and even images look decent, though that’s not this machine’s strong point. I don’t use the machine to scan, but i’ve made copies and those look sharp. Toner yield is middling, but acceptable for home use or light office work. I’m my experience Brother office machines are a great value. This machine is as good as any Brother i’ve used before.

I print thousands of pages in my work directing youth theater. Laser printing is the way to go and this is a solid, easy to set up and use option. Great buy.

I've used it a few times since purchase and it seems to do a good job for monochrome printing.

Product is great use home, I love it.Its help me to teaching work for my kids.

Toner can be pretty expensive but it prints great and very quickly.

Easy installation. Hassle free. No gimmick ink membership commitment. Sales associate at Best Buy, Augusta Maine very considerate and helpful. Works with my old Mac Os 10.3 after driver download. Nothing like the HP I had purchased elsewhere. HP printers are a complete scam; didn’t work on my Mac, got phony HP technician on the phone and hacking my computer asking for credit card info. HP printer buyers beware. Brother has the right concept.

Operates like it should. Hooked up on Wi-Fi with ease.

It works and it works very very well. It's fast, easy and lasts. Easily the best printer I've ever owned. Definitely recommend. I have it hooked up via USB not over wifi so cannot comment on it's wifi functionality.

Great for black and white prints. Prints quickly and there are no issues with connection or anything. Was simple to install on a print server, and setup. Was a little disappointed that it did not have an ethernet port, but overall a great printer.

Brought in 12/2020, this printer has served me very well. Used occasionally and brought a printer cartridge on 10/27/2024, this is really great buy for household use.

This was a Christmas present and my father has never had any kind of problem. He only wishes it was in color.

i actually bought the 2380 from bestbuy.. excellent printer.. company just spent almost 40 minutes on the line with me a few minutes ago to fix a printing quality issue.. problem solved. brother is great. forget about canon.

Good printer, but it did get stuck within the first like 10 pages of printing. Got it unstuck but not great for reliability.

This printer is awesome and will do all your printing and scanning needs.
