I'm very pleased with it. The instruction sheet needs to show where the front of machine is. had a hard time where to put toner cartridge.

Took us a little while to get it set up, but once we figured it out, it works well. Also, we appreciated the FAST delivery service!

The item was not available in-store and I was informed by store personnel that I could order online. The item was promptly delivered to my home in a few days. Everything was easy to unpack and setup. I found the printer easy to operate and the print quality is excellent. Very satisfied with my experience.

Just got it hooked up and working great! This is my second wireless Brother printer and I'm impressed. My son hooked it up for me in less than 10 minutes.

Prints ok hard to get wireless printing to stay on can be a pain

Warning: this printer is a fire hazard that blows fuses because it draws too much electric current! I would be happy with this printer except that draws so much electric current that sometimes it blows the 20 amp circuit breaker for the whole office, and I have to go downstairs and reset the circuit breaker. Besides being a nuisance, this is potentially a fire hazard. Brother says that's just how it is! There's nothing they can do! Even Brother admits it draws 10 amps when warming up, like an electric heater or hair dryer, but at least for mine, it appears that is a significant underestimate since it's blowing a 20 amp breaker. To make matters worse, it shuts itself off very fast after printing so it has to warm up again before the next printing job, which is when it overdraws the circuit. By the way, nothing else has ever blown that circuit breaker, including the HP color laser printer I have used, on the same circuit, for years. There are, of course, other appliances, like a computer, on the same circuit, but not an unusual amount. Too bad they don't warn you before you purchase not to buy unless you can give it pretty much its own electric circuit.

Simple setup, whisper quiet, FAST PRINTING, 250 sheet output tray! I love it!

So much better than an ink jet printer. Quick! A bit noisy. So far very happy however, I have not used the fax. Scanner is quick and ease to use.

First off, the specs say Networking: wired and wireless. It doesn't have wired ethernet, just wireless. It does have USB, but I don't consider that a network. Second it will not awaken from deep sleep to print wirelessly from a Mac. I worked with customer support, but it just plainly doesn't work. So unless you want to turn it off and then back on each time you wish to print, forget it. Prints well from USB.

Great workhorse printer. Zero issues with it in the past three years; helped me print off tons of documents to finish my MBA.

Great laser printer. Glad I bought it. Fast, clean prints and copies. No need for color, or ink jet. It serves all my needs.

Easy to install and works great! Took about 5 minutes to unbox and install. This is our second Brother Printer. No problems so far.

This printer prints great! Every time it prints something it shuts my computer down! Bought it Saturday afternoon. Messed with it all day Sunday. Taking it back Monday! I told the sales person I didn't want problems. Best Buy started giving me crap on the phone. The salesman showed me on computer then when we got to the register and rang it up. he had grabbed the wrong computer. That should have been a sign! But I bought it. I have the right USB ports. I'm old. I'm tired. I messed with it for hours. They are getting it back. I've read that they draw too much power from your wall outlet. Sales guy must be on commission!

Bought this all in one printer about 2 years ago. Works fine. No problems so far. Just replaced drum for the first time. Toner and drum are separate and both are readily available and not extravagantly prices. . Decent at -home printer for the price. No complaints
