Good if your looking for something basic
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I originally bought it because it looked small and thought had good quality. BUT... I RETURNED IT. The quality is not good at all. If your looking for something basic just to print this is good. I do a lot of crafting for cups and the quality was just horrible. Blurry. Not to mention it is SOOO HEAVY

Good basic color laser
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been using the Brother MFC machines at work. Given our coronavirus lockdown I rushed to buy a machine to work from home. This printer fit the bill. I'm not a fan of the overpriced HP products. So far so good. I did have trouble setting it up wirelessly. The only negative is that it doesn't come with a printer cable, but I was able to get an inexpensive one. The quality of the prints coming out so far is better than the more expensive MFC-8850CDW that I have in my office. The machine also duplexes.

Reliable color laser printer, easy to set up
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was amazed to find a color laser printer for under $300 (this one was about $250). Wireless networking was built-in, and the included CD with print drivers and software was easy to set up. A standard USB cable may be used to make the wireless set-up easier, and can be left in place plugged into the USB as an alternate way to print in case something goes wrong with the network connection to the printer. The paper tray holds about 350-400 sheets of paper, and this printer can print on both sides.

Very good printer and economical toner cartridges
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned and HL-L2380DW for years (mono laser) and it has worked flawlessly (literally no jams in 4 years). I went with the 3270CDW in hopes it would work as well and so far it has. Everything I do is duplex printed and this printer has handled it was well as my 2380. If you are looking at other printers, look at the cost of the high capacity cartridges. I think you will come back to Brother..

Excellent Color Laser Printer for SOHO
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you’re a small office/home office that prints under 1500 pages/month, this is an excellent machine. Brother has built a solid, first class printer with one of the easiest set ups I've encountered in any home device. PROs • Easy setup. Took under 10 minutes to pull out of the box, remove the packing material, insert the toner, and set up the wifi. The touch screen makes it simple to enter a wifi password. A couple of nice touches: 1) As you type in the password, it does not mask your password with asterisks so you can catch errors right away; 2) The printer can only connect to 2.4 Ghz wifi band and will not display the SSID of 5 GHz networks. I've more than once tried to connect other home devices to the 5 GHz network only to discover later they only operate on 2.4 GHz networks. Once connected, the printer will check for firmware updates, of which there are two which are installed sequentially. • Excellent 25 ppm speed (color or b/w) and quiet output. • 250 sheet input capacity is greater than most printers in this entry level class. The extra capacity does add height to the machine, so make sure the dimensions will work for you. • Easy networking or printing from phone/tablet. Once turned on and added to my network, it automatically showed up as an AirPrint printer on my iPhone. • Also a nice touch, the printer was properly named on my wifi Xfinity wifi network. Often when I add a device, the name shows up based on the networking chipset which may have nothing to do with the product. • Sharp, clean output for both text and graphics. Excellent color and saturation. CONs • The manual paper tray for envelopes, odd sized paper, labels etc can only feed one sheet at a time. You will not be able to load a stack of envelopes, for example, and print out addresses on them. (The paper tray takes Letter, Legal, Executive, A4, A5, A6, and Folio (8" x 13")). • Pages curl on two-sided printing. Depending on the type of paper you use, it may flatten out after a while, but you will definitely notice curling when printing two-sided. Printing one-sided did not curl the paper. • No edge-to-edge printing. The print area will enforce a 0.16 inch (4.23mm) margin on all sides. • Heavy – weighs around 40 pounds. • USB 2.0 only. If you plan to connect this directly to a computer, you cannot use the faster USB 3.0. There's a lot to like but I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because of the page curling and single-page manual feed…two items that will irk many offices. Regardless, I still recommend the printer.
