I really like this printer. It just prints - no scan or fax capability. I wanted just a dedicated color laser printer since I already have a scanner, and this is good so far. It's quiet, fast, and can print duplex. Paper volume for supplied toner is adequate for us. They also sell a longer-lasting toner set.

I purchased this about a month ago and so far am very pleased with it. It prints great. Haven't figured out how to scan but I suspect I have to use the paper feed. I much prefer a flatbed, but I have another Brother that has a flatbed. I mainly just wanted a color printer. I highly recommend it. Brother is one of the best brands on the market.

If your looking for a great affordable Color laser printer stop. You have found the one you want. Great colors and really nice printer. While I dont print a lot like a business. I have used this a lot in the last year love it.

I have wanted to get a laser printer for years, for home and home business use, but was unable to justify the cost in my mind. And to imagine getting a color laser printer was like a dream that seemed unattainable for many. Fast forward and I am so happy to say that there is finally a color laser printer that is affordable and works as good or better than the one you have at your office. This was by far the easiest printer I have ever worked with both in setup and in using it. Setup was a matter of removing some blue tape, remove the orange protectors over the toner cartridges, remove a few pieces of paper that were there for protection, and plug it in. Once plugged in I told it the WIFI password, and I was printing in probably 5 minutes max. Then, I went in and did a firmware update, which went well. In fact it had two of them to do...and it appears it looks for them automatically if you don't manually do it. This is just a color laser printer, not a scanner too, but I also have a wonderful WIFI portable scanner that is on my desk next to my computer. However, this printer does cloud printing, WIFI printing, NFC printing, and wired LAN printing. Basically it does it all. WIFI printing allows me to put this somewhere out of the way and not fuss with leaving it out in the open. It has a very easy to use and understand menu. Very easy. It works just like my brother inkjet all in one machine. I was shocked at how easy this was to setup, use, see how many pages you printed, the life left on the drum, etc. It is so easy anyone can do it and you can get professional results in a 5 minute setup. Even your not so tech savvy relatives can setup something this easy. The only con is the size and weight of this printer. It is not a small inkjet, but it also prints like a commercial grade laser printer. I have a black and white laser on my desk at work that is bigger than this and it is a small use older model laser - so size is getting smaller for these, just know that it isn't going to be a good fit if you have a smaller living space and don't have a need to print via laser.

Perfect size printer for a home office. It was very easy to connect via wifi. Simple follow instructions included. Now, I can print from my iPhone, tablet, or any other device connected to my network.

Was a breeze to set up with wireless on Windows 10 and 11. Much quieter than my older brother laser printer. First few pages weren't great for print quality, but since that it has looked good.

Excellent printer and easy, fast to set up. Connected via WiFi immediately to my Mac BookPro. No additional drivers needed. Had to install downloaded Brother software to connect a Dell PC via USB. Easy none the less.

IT PRINTS FAR QUICKER THEN THE INK JET PRINTER THAT IT REPLACED AND IS MUCH SHARPER. THE SET UP INSTRUCTIONS WERE CONFUSING AT ONE POINT PREVENTING ME FROM BEING ABLE TO DO SO WHITHOUT THE HELP OF A BROTHER REP. WITH THE REP'S HELP THE SET UP WAS QUITE EASY.

We bought this printer (which is basically the same one we already have) because it was cheaper than replacing the ink cartridges. Stupid, but what can you do? It makes good copies and does duplex printing. The only thing I wish it had was a longer lip so you could more easily feed single sheets of paper.

Fantastic wireless printer that is incredibly easy to set up. Came with full toner cartridges. Only downside that I've seen was on one photo printed that was high resolution with lots of color contrasts, it came put less clear than I would have hoped. Still looks fine, but not amazing.

I got this printer because I had a B&W laser Brother that has served me well. Printing quality is good, and I believe that aftermarket toner cartridges are available. Only complaint is that printing on envelopes crinkles them up a little.
