Got this printer on sale at a good price. As usual, it was in stock and I got fast delivery. Printer was easy to set up and I was printing documents in less than 30 minutes from opening the box.

Although this printer comes with starter cartridges, it is still more cost effective per page than inkjet printers with similar features. The tradeoff is it's weight and the space it takes in the home or office.

Having trouble with this printer!! Every single time I try to print my business cards, the printer keeps saying NO paper in the tray.

Does great job of printing. Had issue of printer error with multiple copy duplex job. Probably software error. Prints are clear and clean. Wireless printing great.

This printer is wonderful! It is easy to install, comes with ink already, and the amount of printing it does is a lot! It fits a lot of paper and the ink does not run out easily - I print a lot!!

So far so good! A very nice clean print on printed items. This printer does pull a lot of current so if you have multiple things plugged in in a small room you might trip the circuit breaker.

Initially we were really happy with the printer. It was easy to set up, easy to install the cartridges it came with, easy to connect to WiFi. But then suddenly, the machine no longer recognizes the toner cartridges it came with and keeps giving an error message. No matter how many times I follow the instructions for resetting, for adjusting toner etc it won’t work. Haven’t had time to troubleshoot further so can’t tell you more than that. Started off awesome - now not so much

I hated my epson inkjet...wasted so much money on ink and printing pages to clean the ink heads because it constantly required maintenance. This laser is great, low maintenance, great printouts, and AirPrint capable.

It is acceptable and possibly superior to HP's current group of duplex color laser printers. My biggest complaint was setting it up. I had to pay for a local service firm to log into my desktop and go through the setup. There was no offer from Best Buy to provide this service. In contrast, when I installed my HP printer, I simply went to the HP printer site on the web, downloaded the drivers and I was printing. I was not success using either the CD that came with the Brother printer or going online to the Brother site.

I love this printer! It works great and I love using it in my classroom. The only con is the ink is very expensive, but I have found cheaper brands that can be used!

I love this printer. Color and clear and although the initial investment of toner is pricey, it lasts way longer than the ink that I have to purchase for my inkjet printer.

This is my 2nd Brother device. I could not be happier with the capabilities as well as the quality and the swift printing experience. I would recommend this MFC to anyone looking for a good quality all in one!

This printer works very well for our needs and prints super fast. The toner refills are kind of expensive but aftermarket brands aren't priced too terrible.

I didn’t keep this printer too long because I purchased it last minute at full price and I felt that I could’ve received a better deal on it. However, it does have great print quality and it’s pretty fast.

Bought this for my wife so that she can use it at home to print in color. As a teacher, many times she has to print things out for her classroom and this printer has been a solid workhorse for her.

It was a breeze to hook up and install! Usually you have to download drivers, update them... This was surprizingly easy! Haven't used it a whole lot yet, but it was a good start!

I was looking for a color laser printer that would be easy to set up and easy to send something to print from my phone. This printer does it all! I’m very happy with that!

Very easy to setup and connect to WiFi and our devices. The print quality is quite high. Very pleased with our purchase!

Got this for wife to do home schooling and print out basically whole books worth of lessons. The color is pretty accurate, we don't have any issues with it. It's not professional level, and if you were printing graphic logos for a business I think you might want something that matches the hues more accurate.

I love this little color printer. Works with AirPrint so it was seamlessly working with all macs and iOS devices. Laserjet means lots of prints. Good quality for Laserjet.
