This is a very reliable and simple printer to use. If you need fast and high yield options than this is a great bang for the buck and the quality if great

We had a Xerox printer that constantly jammed and finally broke while attempting to pull a paper from the jam. We wanted to spend money on a good printer that was a good value so we were not interested in either the cheapest or most expensive printer. We are very happy with this printer. It prints super fast and accurate with no smearing or smudging. It doesn't have a ton of extra features like a scanner which we rarely used anyway, but it has all the features we need for printing like easily connecting to our home network and being able to print from our phones. It has a wired and wireless option, the ink is very affordable since it is both a Brother brand and has been out for a while. We definitely recommend this printer for anyone else who is also looking for a good value mid-range printer for home or home office use.

My wife and I had an HP CP2020 color laser printer that I got from my workplace when they were buying new equipment and giving away the old. It worked great for about three years for our personal and side-business needs, and then it began streaking badly. Given that it was over a decade old, we deemed it not worth repairing. Previously, we'd relied on color inkjet printers, which produce great-looking documents but are slow and consume lots of expensive ink. I researched color laser printers. This one got great reviews, was the cheapest by quite bit, and did everything our old HP did, and more. Having had good experiences with brother products over the years (my 2004 monochrome laser printer still works, but nobody makes toner cartridges for it anymore), we decided to buy this one. We have a home network with Apple Macintoshes, iPads, and iPhones. The documentation on how to install the drivers was confusing, and I've been working with high tech since 1983 and was a technical writer for a decade. Once I figured out what to do, the installation of the macOS and iOS drivers and apps went smoothly. The printer is fast, is relatively quiet, and produces excellent quality printouts. I highly recommend it. Of course, I can't yet comment on how it holds up over the long term. Be aware that laser printers aren't meant for printing high-quality photos. For that, you need an inkjet printer and photo paper. We rarely print photos these days, but, when we do, sending them to a local pharmacy or Costco print department is easy and cheap.

So far so good. I was tired of ink jet printers that dried out and ran out of ink quickly. I thought the set up for this printer was easiest of all the printers I've bought. The printing is better than ink jets as well. The downside is this thing is huge and heavy. So make sure you have room for it. We had our inkjets in a cabinet but this thing would not fit in it so it's sitting on a desk right now until we find a table or file cabinet to set it on. It's also much more expensive than the inkjets that we've bought in the past. I am hoping that the bigger price tag will mean better and long lasting performance.

I've only ever used HP printers, but was tired of buying ink every time I needed to use it because the ink had dried out. So I decided to upgrade to a color laser printer, and I am incredibly impressed with the quality of the prints this printer puts out. I will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family if they need a new printer.

Great printer. Color is nice. Wireless works well. Starter toner cartridges don't last long but there are plenty of third-party toner cartridges available.

Good results, fast output, easy integration into my network. I just wish the manual feed took more than one sheet on a tray. Also - the black seems a bit on the gray side.

This printer is great! It’s easy to use and set up and does a beautiful job printing. I love that it has the ability to print wirelessly.

I purchased this color laser printer to replace a dated black & white model from Brother. I wanted a model that supported WiFi, AirPrint, and printed in color to make printing for remote learning easier and more accessible. I am very happy with the product, its ease of setup, its ease of use, and the quality of its printing capabilities and features. When printing only text or documents with color, this printer does an incredible job. The color printing of images is not the highest quality, but that is not the printers primary purpose. Overall, I am very happy with the product, and would recommend it.

Does the job and prints regular sheets with ease , the colors are not are good however don’t expect professional results , printer is fast and easy to setup however it tends do disconnect from network if not used for few days All said and done it is great printer for home use for the price

I've had this printer for a couple of months now and it has been incredibly helpful. I print stuff all the time, and I had been using Staples & FedEx and places like that, and it became clear right away that this was way more economical. And I get a lot of comments on the quality of the print stuff, especially compared to the old ones!

I need an affordable color laser printer for my aromatherapy business. This printer has worked out fairly well. It was easy to set up and prints nicely on gloss labels that I use for packaging. Here's the one hassle I'm facing: I had all my oval-shaped labels laid out to match the template for another printer and I have to go through and fight to set this up again. That's been frustrating - and wasteful - but overall it's a good printer. BTW - it's heavy!!!

We decided to upgrade our printer for our new homeschooling situation. We just installed this today. It was so easy to set up. Just set up on our wireless router and we were printing in less than 10 minutes. The prints come out quick. The quality was better than our inkjet. It was easy for my daughter to print from her phone. And it worked perfectly from my computer without having to install any additional drivers. Love it so far!
