The printer exhausted the "starter" toner cartridges very quickly! And, a full set of replacement Brother cartridges are nearly $400.00 - more than the cost of the printer! There should be no wonder why a full set of third-party "re-manufactured" cartridges are less than 1/4 the price of OEM version. The cost of the consumables, THAT's a major disappointment. This one was purchased to replace an older Brother color laser printer - the older printer was far more economical to use.

This is a good Laser printer. You can print over a network, direct print and NFC with compatible mobile devices. The reason I gave it four stars because there are no scan or copy features on this printer. Other than that this is a very good printer.

This product has worked great so far. It was easy to set-up the Wi-Fi connection on multiple computers. We haven't used it much however as we know the cost of just replacing all the 4 toner cartridges is about double the original cost of the printer.

We bought this to print flyers for our business and the printer worked great. It was easy to setup and mobile/wifi printing with great. One downside is that it's not very good at printing photo type images (images with people in it) as the colors seem off.

Love this laser printer, had a few initial issues with the printing, but it turned out to be a toner cartridge issue. Customer support was excellent and they quickly resolved the issues.

just got it, and installed it, and successfully ran some Black and Color stuff. So can't give you long term feedback, but so far so good.

These printers used to be our of reach and you were forced to buy ink that would always dry up so you spent a ton of money for nothing. Now, I have toner that doesn't dry up.

Brother laser, hard to find, but its so good. This is a consumer friendly company, unlike many others. The toner is cost effective.

I am not a person gifted with technology. This was very very simple to set up. I was planning to wait until my college son came home to do that but it took me about 20 minutes and I had set up & connected to the Wi-Fi. Very simple!

It is a great printer, but I also needed a scanner. Bought all in one instead.

This laserjet printer is my first to own since finally giving up deskjet printers. I had to pay a little more for this printer but in the long run it will save money, since the cartridges will last a lot longer. Great printer!!

Was looking for a less expensive color laser printer to replace an all in one inkjet printer for home usage. So far, this printer is all that I could have wanted. Fast, easy, wireless set up with step by step instructions.

My printer arrived promptly and safely. The installation instructions were clear and simple, and it has performed flawlessly for several months now. The two-sided printing has proven very useful when needed, as well.

It is a workhorse. I have no problems accessing it for printing from any mobile device, laptop, computer with no hitches. Color printing is not the best, but that's not why I purchased it.

Got this printer for my home office at the beginning of the shut down. It’s been chugging along with no problems ever since. Easy to connect to WiFi. And not ink hungry.

great machine, quiet operation, fast and absolutely love the duplex feature. so far I've had no problems with this machine besides falling offline (which I think is my ageing router's fault) every couple of weeks.

Works as advertised. It’s not the most exceptional quality but for a laser printer it was affordable

Excellent machine for home use. Wifi functions and ability to print from phones and tablets is great . Great price on printer sure wish the ink was more affordable.

Pretty great printer! I use it to print waterslides mostly. Only issue is the drum gets ink on it and needs cleaned often. After 15 pages I already got greys and spots.
