Works as advertised. It’s not the most exceptional quality but for a laser printer it was affordable

Good printer. Software might be less user friendly than HP or Dell equivalents but works well. Wifi works very well. Quality isn’t amazing but it’s standard for a laser printer.

Easy to install. Connects wired or wireless. Prints to both Windows and Mac computers with no issues.

This was perfect for my small business needs! Came with ink cartridges too which helps! Easy curbside pick up and showed up before given delivery date.

Got this because I was tired of sending so much money on the cartridges and only getting about 300 hundred pages out of them now I get over a thousand much better

My wife needed a good quality color laser printer for her business and this Brother fit the bill.

I wish I could give it a 5 star rating. Maybe there is some setting I’m not hooking up right I don’t know but pictures don’t print out very well on thi.

This printer does it all. I really love it. The only issue I have had is that it will not stay connected to WiFi, which is annoying when I need to print something quickly.

Haven’t used yet. Will revise if less than expected.

Nice printer but too big for my needs returned it for a smaller version but still was the best price at Best Buy! Buy from Best Buy, and save some money. A+

I hope this printer last a long time. The others we have bought have lasted about a year. The printer brushes go bad and it is cheaper to replace.

For the cost this printer is really good given the versatility it delivers. To get a color laser printer for this cost still surprises me. Love it!

I needed a reliable printer that worked with OSX Mojave once I upgraded. This Brother printer fit the bill excellently.

I used brother brand printers for many years and it always performs well. This printer is no exception. I will recommend it.

Was not for us. It worked great but could only do one label at a time. We needed it to do multiple labels at a time.

Super great printer. Great color. Not the fastest. But it does the job without eating up ink. This is my second brother printer of this kind and I love them.

First Color Laser Printer, have always used Brother in the past and felt very comfortable trying the Color Laser printer from Brother. Exceptional value.

Brother makes great products! Do not buy the off-brand names, they are junk. Very pleased with these Brother machines.

I had a Brother color laser HL-3140CW. It was a good printer, but didn’t do automatic two-sided prints. I bought this printer to do that. It was a mistake. The first problem was trying to print large file-size pictures. Anything with about 4GB or more wouldn’t print. After two minutes of “receiving data”, I would get an “out of memory” error message. So, I had to reduce the resolution of the pictures in order to get the prints, and often even that didn’t work. I then tried the basic printer driver. This improved the ability to print high resolution pictures, but not entirely. Additionally, the owner’s manual says the printer will wake up when receiving data. Mine didn’t. Whenever I wanted to print, I had to hit the power button to wake up the printer. I can’t imagine this working in an office environment. What are the designers thinking? I will say the print output is slightly better than my older Brother printer. After several months, I gave up trying to fix this printer. I put the HL-3140CW back in service and put this thing into the storage shed.
